We have a package that needs to be returned. It has to go back on DHL. There is one hub, at least a 30-mile drive away. They are not accessible to the public, and they don't answer the phone. We have been there twice during the day. No one ever responds.

the two women that work there are not friendly. also, this place is extremely over priced and they do not prorate if you need less than a month. i'll look elsewhere next time storage is needed. facility is clean and well kept though.
