Had a great experience buying my new truck from Rio Vista. Daisy took her time and didn’t pressure us at all. She showed us every truck we asked to see and gave us the price we were looking for. This was our first purchase at Rio Vista and thanks to Daisy, we will back for our next Chevy!

I can't say enough positive things about my experience buying a car at Rio Vista Chevy Buellton. I worked with Daisy and from beginning to end no pressure, easy peazy. But the over the top best part is 3 months later I had a small issue with the key fob and texted Daisy at 7pm to forward the info to the service department. and she texted me back right then and set up an appointment for me to get it fixed!I found that everyone I talked with at the Dealership has been pleasant and helpful. I don't have to use Rio Vista for service as I live over 35 miles away and could go to any Chevy dealer but I choose to use them because their service and response and been so good.

Stopped by Rio Vista Chevy on the way home from a wonderful weekend trip to Los Olivos. My husband had done some research the week before. As we parked, we were greeted by Oscar.What's wonderful about THIS Chevy dealer is, NO ONE is pushy. It was shocking and a pleasant surprise compared to all the LA and San Diego dealers we've spoken to. All employees were very kind, laid back, personable and ready to assist.The whole process took about an hour from the time we said yes to driving away. Oscar was so nice and even made some tacos for us knowing we were starving after spending the weekend in wine country. Oscar filled up the truck and offered to run it thru the car wash. This maybe a smaller dealership, but the employees and their attitude were wonderful! Highly recommend!

I purchased a Chevy Bolt EUV from Daisy in sales on January 2, 2023. In summary, I look forward to buying my next electric vehicle from Daisy: she was easy to work with, very honest, and worked hard to find the specific car I wanted.At the end of November, just after Thanksgiving. I phoned Daisy to find out how car-buying works at Rio Vista Chevy. I told her my desired build and colors, and she asked me to send over my driver's license and insurance policy. She put an order in for me and said she'd continue searching inventory for the car.We kept in touch and texted every few days. 10 days later, she gave me a call, left a voice mail, and sent me an urgent text and email... she found the EXACT car I wanted. I couldn't believe it. She found my precise specifications and color preferences and offered the below-sticker price I wanted including special GM incentive discounts. I had a build sheet with my name on the car, showing "Retail Sold" order type.In 14 days, the car arrived at the dealership. Prior to my delivery, Daisy did everything to save me money: GM Rewards, Costco, Uber (not Supplier nor College), and even let me schedule delivery another 19 days after it arrived.Although Daisy offered to have the car delivered to me, I decided to visit the dealership in person. They picked me up from the airport, and I drove off the lot in my new car in a couple of hours. They even charged it to my desired state of charge level. I brought in my own financing, and my lender made sure to give me a preapproval certificate that was uploaded to CUDL so that the financing department could easily receive payment. The financing department was easy to work with, and they didn't give me a hard time for passing on the warranties and financing opportunities.Daisy made buying a hard-to-find and high-in-demand Bolt EUV EV flawlessly easy. I called many other dealers who either did not have stock, did not know how to find the build I wanted, or price gouged with additional dealer markups and unnecessary after-market parts and accessories. Rio Vista Chevrolet has superb customer service and Daisy is a cup of water in a desert. She is legit and honest, and will do right by you. I love my new car. I love the deal. And Daisy made it all happen!

Daisy in sales absolutely knocked it out of the park! Got me the best price in the state possible for a Bolt EUV and quickly at that. She was quick to reply to every message, and always with concise and accurate information. She helped with every step of the process from locating the car to mailing me the final documents, and even shipping the car halfway across the state for free! I've never had a better car, buying experience, new, or used, domestic, or imported. She even got on a three-way call with my credit union lender to make sure that the loan went through that same day so I can get my car just a little bit sooner. it sounds like her managers are supportive of her customer focused approach and I can't reiterate enough how she got me the absolute best price! There is no other car dealer I would work with: if Daisy has it in stock, or can find it then she's the right sales rep for you. I've already referred a few friends and recommended her on the Chevybolt forms and read it. I've had other people recommended, including somebody in Concord, but no one came close. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to my own mother.

As a business owner of a well known tow company in Santa Barbara I find the staff very unprofessional. I had personally recommended my client to take their dually truck to Rio Vista. Wrong choice I did. The sales manger and salesmen that was there at the time of me dropping off was very dismissive and got sense if your not a customer they don't even want to bother speaking to you. For my client to see how they treated me after I tried to approach them and ask can I go ahead and unload here, am I blocking anyone. As employees you should treat everyone with respect. (especially around a new customer)I might have not been a customer today but I wouldn't waste my time in the future or bringing them future customers.

I just want to thank Oscar for his commitment. We have dealt with him for over a year building our Tahoe. Due to parts and issues because of Covid-19, the Tahoe was delayed because we were not budging on specific build options.. Oscar was a constant professional, and we were able to get a 2023 Tahoe Rst to our specific detail. The process was the easiest we have ever dealt with a dealership. Was there a maximum 1 hour 30 min. Straightforward and no gimmicks.. I recommend Oscar Sanchez and this dealership in general. You won't be disappointed.

Got my girlfriend the car she's been wanting for a while. We drove here from San Luis Obispo from a recommendation. Loved everything about this dealership, no pressure, no hassling, no up selling. Marcia, Eric, and Tyler were all amazing! We ended up test driving a few Blazers and found the one that fit our budget and our needs. Absolutely would recommend heading here even if it is a little bit of a drive. It reminds me of my Grandfather's dealership, family oriented and no pressure.

Daisy was absolutely amazing!!! Not only was she able to get me this beauty of a truck, we got it done quickly. She found me something that checked all the boxes. No run arounds, back door, bait and switch going on here. It's a huge expense getting a new truck but she took care of me and my family and mad the process easy. My best car buying experience!! I purchased a used vehicle last month at Rio Vista Chevrolet. The whole process was a piece of cake! I had been car shopping in the LA area and communicating with Jimmy at Rio Vista via phone. All other dealerships felt like poachers. I drove from LA to Buellton because I trusted them with the car buying process. When I arrived, they had all the paperwork ready for me to sign. As well as the Jeep beautifully detailed, nobody would have guessed it was previously owned. I test drove the vehicle and completed the paper work in record time. The Rio Vista financing department was even able to secure a lower rate than my own credit union! A month later, I made my first payment on my used Jeep and celebrated with my first mini road trip. I would highly recommend Rio Vista!

Great & very friendly Service people! Called me to assist with booking my service appt, which was already overdue. Knew my preferences from reviewing my previous appts & got me booked right away! On appt day they’re super fast & courteous! Offered me a ride to breakfast & called as soon as my vehicle was ready! They’re awesome!
