We had a great purchasing experience here. We bought a used car at a good price and there was no pressure to purchase, unlike other dealerships I've had experience with. Alice helped us through test driving and answering questions about the car. They also had fun and creative activities to help entertain our kids while we were there. We also love to support our local businesses and neighbors. I've also had good service experiences here.

Amazing! Our truck broke down on the way to camping at the beach. She was getting old and tired. We bought a new truck in less than an hour and a half. Alice is amazing. She took us to the perfect truck the first time onto the lot! Dan is the most efficient and nicest guy ever! Overall the best car buying experience we've ever had. Of we ever need another car well drive to Beullton!

My car died out in the desert and I was in desperate need of a new one. I found exactly what I wanted online at another dealership, but wasn’t close to that one. Jim Vreeland Ford was close to where I was staying so I went there, and I’m sure glad I did! Mike and Diana worked with me and the other dealership to get the car I wanted brought over to Buellton. They helped me with financing and were transparent through out the process about the various costs and how things worked. They helped me deal with my old car that was still out in the desert, too. This was my first time buying a brand new car, so I had a lot of questions and they answered them all. I will definitely go back to Jim Vreeland Ford the next time I need another car.

I recently took my car to Jim Vreeland for service. The service representative, Chris, was top-notch. He made sure to keep me up to date on what was happening with my car. Chris was always courteous and called when he said he would. My car was fixed after several other people had looked at it and given up. To top it all off, the cost was extremely reasonable. If I ever need service on my vehicle again, I will definitely go back to Jim Vreeland.

My wife and I recently took our 2013 Cmax to Vreeland Ford for diagnosis of a problem that we had already had serviced at great expense at a Ford dealership five minutes from us. Jay Storey, the service manager at Vreeland, told us the repairs performed by the other dealership should have been covered by our extended warranty. We had been told by our service advisor at the other dealership that the necessary computer system part and installation were not covered. In addition, we had been overcharged for the part by over $300. Thanks to the research by Jay, we were able to get our money back from the other dealership.
Chris was our service advisor at Vreeland and his communication with us during the time Vreeland was diagnosing issues with the vehicle's computer system could not have been better. We were treated so beautifully by both Jay and Chris that driving 45 minutes to Vreeland compared to 5 minutes to the dealership near us seems warranted for future needs.
We originally bought the Cmax from Vreeland in 2016 and the purchase was also a pleasant experience.

Everybody was very kind , Considerate they handled every one of our needs from rental car, service department, to purchasing the new vehicle When it wasn't worth fixing the current vehicle. everybody was knowledgeable and working together.
