My daughter and I came into there and met with Tom, everything was good very nice to us. We purchased a 2014 Chevy Equinox. She drove the car for 4 days then went to Missouri and on the way the AC blower quit working. So no problem, I just figure that when she gets back I would just install a new motor. Then I get a call from her that the car is using oil and her oil light didn’t come on and it was 2 and ½ quarts low. She gets to Missouri and the cruise control stop working and after being there for 3 days the timing chain went out. She towed it to 3 shops different shops and they all said the same thing, it needs a new motor. I asked them to check why the oil low light would not work and they said that someone disable it. I did talk to Tom and he did call the 1st shop and he told me that there was nothing that he could do about the car because it is there. So I said that I would go pick-up the car and tow it back and now Tom won’t call me back. I was told that his mechanic looked the car over and that it was in good shape. I tried to work it out with him, but he won’t even call me back. So now I am filling a complaint with the Consumers Affairs office as well as The Better Business Bureau.

My friend just bought this car a few months ago and almost blew the engine due to the oil leak, the oil light came on and engine started to make noise and when he checked it it didn't have no oil , this is the first oil change after he bought the car from this place. They knew about this and they didn't fixed right just put silicone on the cracked oil filter housing cap and sold the car to him. I fixed it was only $35 bucks.If you buying a used car from this place make sure you check it first or at least ask for the Carfax

Tom and Rico run a Great Road-Side Used Car Loy, in Buellton, CA! Tom had previously tried to sell my Polaris Slingshot, to no avail, it was Repoed off his lot! ( it was a surrender, but looks on my credit like a REPO!

Woukd not recommend this place. Immediately after buying my car I started to have problems but more minor ones so I figured no big deal until one month after i bought my car it blew a head gasket. I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt but after researching things I believe they knew about this problem covered it up then sold it to be top of the market. They would not take any responsibility for the faulty car they sold me and now I'm in thousands of dollars.

Bought a car from them, and just 2 days after warranty expired the car broke down, and they wouldn't help at all, just charged us more for DMV fees, now I'm in debt for the next five years plus I have to pay almost two thousand to get a car I just bought fixed. Would not recommend this place.
