My reservation said return to Buellton by 9:30am on 9-18-24 and i returned it the night before in Buellton around 9pm on 9-17-24 and put keys in the return dropbox, but the place charged me an extra day and receipt says i dropped off at 10:58am on 9-18-24 and so we called the drop off location and they are saying that i was supposed to drop off uhal in lompoc, but my reservation clearly says Buellton.

We were needing a part for the weed eater and went over, but it was closed. A fellow came out and opened for us just as we were leaving. He was super friendly, helpful, and got us the part!

Don't use this place. Awful cheats. it is a repetitive problem . No matter what they will not honor any warranty. they say you used the wrong gasoline, wrong oil, wrong air, etc. They are crooks. Stay away.

These people are crooks. Will not honor any warranty. It is always the same story. You used the wrong gas, wrong oil, wrong air, etc. they are terrible at customer service and you should stay away from these terrible people.

Had a window get hit by a rock and break while driving during a heavy storm. Stopped by A-OK, because it was the closest place. They went out of their way to find plastic and tape to cover the window, and the two guys working there gave me a much needed hand covering the broken window in pouring rain. These guys are the best! I offered to give them a little money in return for all their help, especially considering the the supplies only amounted to about five dollars, but they declined. Thanks again for the help!

Moving is super stressful but Brandon and the team at A-OK went above and beyond to help me find the perfect size U-Haul and to set me up with the right gear for moving; boxes, plastic wrap, tape, etc. My wife and I are incredibly grateful for Brandon's help and expertise. Thanks again!!

The way they treated me was very friendly, they speak Spanish and English... they treat everyone equally

Friendly staff, that deserve better reviews that have been given. I’ve been in this location twice and both times I was very pleased with the service. Looks like people just leave bad reviews when they are in bad moods.

Don't use this company for u haul I reserved a month ahead and they sent me to Santa Maria on my move out date.No comps do not rent.

Jim Calli, rude, staff rude don't care. Jim seems to get as much as he can for minimum wages. The guy that answered the phone said these reviews don't matter because the customers can't read.
