Fantastic venue. My daughter got married here over labor day weekend and it was amazing. Only criticism is that the grass was extremely wet and when we were sitting on the lawn for the ceremony everyone's shoes got soaked. Still recommend for a worry free wedding!

I recently had my wedding here back in May, and I can't thank Sharla, Mark and the staff enough! Since the beginning when we toured the venue, the communication was rock solid. Any questions or concerns they answered. The day of my wedding Sharla would come check on the wedding party to make sure we were good and if we needed anything, which I appreciated :) All my guests have said what a beautiful wedding it was and how stunning the venue is. 100% recommend Barns at Willow Creek.

Our daughter was married there in May and from the beginning of planning to the day of it was amazing. Communication with Sharla and Mark was open and thorough the entire time. The venue was beautiful. The get ready room for the guys and gals was amazing. She held her ceremony at the willow tree and reception was at the tents. We had 178 people attend. It was truly a perfect day. The seating chart got a bit mixed up so we should have communicated a little better with that but even that wasn't horrible. I would highly recommend this venue for your wedding. The staff treated all of our guests with respect and we would like to say thank you.

Went to a wedding here recently, and while beautiful it was incredibly disappointing how we were treated by, Sharla. I believe was her name. We were asked to bring something up to the barn by the bride, and she yelled at us for parking where we did and told us to park with everyone else. When we went parked, we flagged her for a shuttle up to the barn, (it is an entire uphill walk from parking to the barn, a long walk at that) and she acted like she didn't see us. She was nasty the entire event. She had a scowl on her face and seemed to be bothered people were even there. It made what should have been a beautiful event uncomfortable while in her presence. Consider not having her work the events if you want people to remember good things about the venue. Her attitude makes the price not worth it. Also everything is at a slant, you are either walking up or down hill, so don't wear heels. My daughter fell twice. Hopefully this review helps someone undecided who cares about these things.

I can't thank the crew at Barns at Willow Creek enough. We just had the most memorable wedding a family could wish for. Sharla and Mark took care of us from the get go. Very accommodating to all of our family and guest. I asked many questions through the planning phase and would receive prompt emails answering all my questions. Thank you again for making our day so special. The Ramsours

The venue is beautiful but the employees are extremely disrespectful and Rude. I don’t remember hiring Sharla as my coordinator but she bossed our wedding party around like she was. My song down the aisle went over because she yelled at my niece and told her not to turn it off then turned around and firmly told her not to tell me. Our best man went down without my maid of honor because she rushed them and told them they didn’t have a choice because we were late. Myself and bridal party waited for over 20 minutes to be picked up. Complaining about what we chose to say and how we did thing during our ceremony was unnecessary! This was our wedding! The bathrooms at the bar stayed locked while my mom decorated for our reception and was given a hard time about the entire time. My mom worked hard and made sure everything was perfect. One of our guest was out of hand but Sharla could have handled it in a professional manner. Instead, cussed, called names and threatened the cops when easily it could have been handled better. My grandma , a few cancer patients my great aunt ( Elders) and bridal party ( barefoot) had to walk up the hill to the barn when we were told they’d have a shuttle service going. 100% lack of professionalism and communication skills. We had many complaints from guests about how Sharla spoke to them and how rude she was. . This experience was extremely stressful for myself ( the bride) and our wedding party.. would highly Not recommend

My uncle and aunt got married on 10/28 and while the venue is beautiful, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone given the way we were treated. I was over music and the bride had a specific time that she wanted the song stopped, the lady yelled at me multiple times and said she told me not to end the music as she was fading it out. I told her that is not what was wanted and was told to do it anyway. Then when they came back down I was told not to mention the music because she didn’t want it in the brides head that I messed up their ceremony. My husband was the best man and was rushed down the aisle without the maid of honor even tho we told the planner she wasn’t there. The planner said she didn’t care, the ceremony was late and they needed to walk. This left the maid of honor walking down alone right before the bride. The planner also stood there and criticized the minister that was performing the ceremony saying he didn’t know what he was doing and they should have found someone else. We were told that there would be shuttles from the ceremony to the barn, but the planner was telling everyone she would only take them if there was a disability and she was asking people what was wrong with them that they couldn’t walk. The wedding party was barefoot and was made to walk the entire way to the barn. There were older guests there that were denied a ride because they didn’t have a visible disability. This is extremely demeaning and discriminatory. We had also asked if things needed to be cleaned in the bridal room that night and was told it had to be done by 11, checkout. We then woke up to her yelling and throwing everyone’s stuff in a trash bag. The night of the wedding she was yelling, cussing, throwing her hands around. Overall this place is a mess, the employees are rude, disrespectful and inconsiderate. For the price you pay you would think they would be more professional. DO NOT GET MARRIED HERE

Beautiful Location for a Spring or Fall Wedding. Maybe even winter. Expensive venue to not provide air conditioning in the reception/dinner Barn. It was 104 and people as well as the wedding cake and flowers were melting. There are many venues closer to accommodations for out of town guests that are not as costly. The cost of venue did not include the food , alcohol, dj, photographer officiant or florals. There was no running water except a hose and the portable bathroom trailer sink. No place to get out of the heat except the one stall portable handicap bathroom. Day of Coordinator didn't even speak to me although I was in the barn decorating over two hours. She just swooshed in and out. Both bride and grooms getting ready rooms were so hot. At least the brides room has a wall unit although it didn't help on such a hot day. This venue has potential but for being so far out without air conditioning or running water I would cross it off my list for May-September event.

My wife and I found Barns at Willow Creek online while searching for wedding venues. Originally we were a bit skeptical because it was pretty out of the way and we couldn’t find a ton of information about it. We decided to tour anyway and it was the best decision we could have made. The grounds are stunning, and not only do they have it all (dishes, linens, places to get ready/stay), they do it all (setup, cleanup, coordination) and they do it flawlessly! We were a bit nervous to hand everything over and let them work their magic but the event spaces were set up beautifully and not a single moment of our day went even slightly awry. We had the best, completely stress free, time celebrating with our friends and family knowing that Owen and his team handled every last detail. Barns at Willow Creek exceeded our expectations in every way and will always come highly recommended from us!
