First they stopped delivering my mail because weeds were growing up. I cut it down. Now they are not delivering packages and saying they left notices( they did not) , plus I’m home all the time. They don’t come to the door for a signature. Then say they did. WTH?

The people working at this post office are very nice. Living rural my only complaint to the postal service is not enough package holding containers where my mail gets delivered, so I have to back track to the post office for packages much of the time.

Had a misaddressed but very important international package which was being misrouted for weeks, within a day of contacting this branch they had it there. I received a very polite message detailing the steps they took, and I never received this level of help from any other post office, when it wasn't even their mistake. This is not the first time they have helped me with postal issues, and I thought it would be fair to relate my own experience. Thanks!

Browns Valley, CA.- The ladies that work at this location are wonderful, EVERY TIME, no matter how busy they are. They do a great service for this small community!

Mail carrier is the worst! Consistently delivers the wrong mail, doesn't deliver at all, delivers at all hours of the day/night, sometimes 8am sometimes 6pm. She antagonizes my dog then yells at me and says he is a threat and she isn't going to give me my mail. Postmaster says she can't help. I have filed formal complaints but until everyone does, nothing will change.

They refuse to deliver to us. They grief us every time we go in. Every time Amazon sends package they say they don’t have it even though tracking number shows it’s arrival. Sometimes if you go back enough you get someone to give package. A lot of times they go back as undeliverable. This post office is insane. It’s a tiny community how can they not be able to run it. Why is it never open. Why hasn’t community revolted and done something about this place.

Since numerous calls and complaints have fallen on deaf ears and resulted in retaliation I have no other option than to file a formal written complaint.

Everyone that works there is terrible only one lady is nice and she only shows up for weekends the rest of them are lazy rude and have lost and broken many packages of mine and now they decided to hold my mail at the post office without me ever asking them to. they should all be fired oh n checkout the hours of operation kids spend more time at school then they do at work hahaha pathetic
