I love this home grown private nursery. I just moved to the area and Bald Mountain Nursery was recommended to me. The selections were abundant and customer service was very knowledgeable and helpful. The nursery will be my go-to for all my garden needs.

Bald Mountain was great; I bought two trees. We always get a care package for the plants and personal care. We can't ask to be treated better. I recommend Bald Mountain to every one.

The location is a little out of the way from town, but the staff and atmosphere make it worth the trip. Everyone is very friendly and helpful and the selection is great. They do offer some classes if you want and they have lots of information on just about any plant or tree.

This place is great! Very helpful and knowledgeable staff with a fantastic and well curated selection of plants that truly do well in our area, the prices are also extremely extremely competitive. I regularly make the 35min drive to this nursery from Nevada City, highly recommend!

Fabulous experience. We wanted some fruit trees and I first started messaging them on Facebook. Answered my many questions promptly. We spent way less than we planned. Their prices were great. Hope to go get more plants!

The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They took the time to answer our questions and advise us on certain plants for what we were trying to accomplish. You wouldn't get that kind of help at, let's say, Lowe's garden center. They would just say "right there's our fast-growing tree section."Their prices for their plants are very reasonable, if not the lowest that you'll find. We do try to support the local Independent business versus the big corporations.I highly recommend them, if it's not to far out of way to their location.

My new favorite plant nursery. Family run, they are super helpful, there’s selection of plants that are either native or do well in our environment. The prices are half what they are in grass valley / Nevada city. They have mature trees too.

This place is fantastic. If you want quality plants, trees, whatever will grow, make this nursery your destination. The prices are reasonable but what really puts this place over the top is knowledgeable people working there. They have saved me from many a costly mistake. Go talk to anyone of the very friendly people and let them make your yard magical.

Beautiful property, its a short drive outside of town with great selection of outdoor and even indoor plants! The owner is very knowledgeable and helpful, i will continue supporting this small business. Theres even cute dogs on the property :)
