This little olive mill is really cool, innovative and have wonderful olive oils! I went on the tour and tasting last year and ask for these oils for all special occasions since.

We called ahead to make sure the tasting room was open. The parking lot for visitors is through a driveway by three mailboxes, the most visible is numbered 7889. It is a metal warehouse building with a tasting area inside. Olga, the owner, personally led the tasting, teaching us how to savor the oils. She answered all our questions, and when she had to check on an olive milling in progress, invited us to view the process. We had a thorough tour and went home with some award winning olive oil.
