Unfortunately not much has changed. Or rather it's changed for the worst. The rooms are decent they have the old and new side of the hotel... which they call north and south. The old has bathtubs and the new only showers that I've seen. Bummer, especially since you have to walk 4x as far for everything from the new. If you're staying and have some spa services, might want to ask for the old side of the hotel so you're not walking through the whole casino in your robe etc. Lost my necklace in the robe and within minutes they wouldn't let me back in and never called to return my list item either. Needless to say customer service still lacking.Casino seems a bit larger than before or more games crammed in. Absolutely no winning atmosphere. Didn't here any bells and whistles, saw no bonuses, no hand pays nothing. Guess they no longer claim to be the loosest slots.. more like tightest in California. Seems to be more food variety too, but some of the old stomps are still around that shouldn't be. Looking forward to the day they revamp the food.Spa experience is great for the ladies with hot tub, cold plunge, steam and dry sauna.. unfortunate that some people are there to gab and yell over the hot tub jets which they fail to police even when complaints received. I'd say try your luck elsewhere all around.

Your $$ goes a long way until either you lost few hundreds or you'll win double triple so my experience in this casino was so fun and unforgettable because few capital but more came back it was like inviting me again plus free hotel, I will go back again!

Came here to have dinner $40.00 per person. Seriously NOT worth it. Food is not even good. It's a Buffett you need more selections because $40.00 it's not even worth it. The hotel was clean and modern. All their slots are okay. But don't go to Buffett if you're looking for a place to eat. Their Deli is a lot better even their Chinese Restaurant. Those are reasonable and good place to eat.

My parents have been coming to cache creek for years and this was my second time tagging along. Overall our experience was great, we stayed in a room in the south tower and it was really nice. The beds were comfortable, the shower in the bathroom was HUGE. We did have one hiccup, during our two day stay, at the Chinese restaurant that is in the Casino. We had a party of 6 and none of us were served our food at the same time during our dinner. Each plate came out 10-20 minutes apart and our cocktails didn't arrive until halfway through the meal. Some of the food was even cold when it got to the table. The appetizers that were ordered also came to the table after some of the entrees. We spoke with the manager and he was not very apologetic for the poor experience, he did make excuses rather than apologizing. He did comp some of the food for the inconvenience though which was appreciated. The casino and hotel are clean and well kept and most of the staff was very friendly. Overall the stay was enjoyed, hopefully we will be back soon to try some other amenities such as the spa and golf course!

Waiting over an hour for our room to check in. Line to get front desk help is way too long. Front desk put me on hold for more than 20 minutes and still didn't get back to me.

Always stellar service when I have come to Cache Creek. Love that the bathrooms, all of them are always clean and well stocked. Lots of food options in the casino, from snacks to sit down in a range of different types of cuisine. There is plenty of parking. Depends on when and what day you come that it can get very crowded but typically there are plenty of slot machines to choose from. They have a lot of promotions weekly and you can use points for dollars off your purchase. The hotel rooms are super comfortable, roomy and super clean. The beds and pillows are delightful and you can count on a good nights sleep. I have always stayed in the South Tower rooms which are the newer ones. Especially during the busy season, it's better to call ahead and make your reservation. Check in is at 4 pm and check out is at 11 am. If you come during the holiday season, the decor is soooooo fabulous. Love, love, love everything about the decorations. They said that this year they used an outside company that decorated. They did a stellar job making it look festive. Everywhere you looked there was decor that looked so luxurious. Such a nice touch.

Upon arrival this man and woman were departing in a truck in the parking lot. He was screaming he will never come to this dam casino ever again! My other half and I were amazed and were both wondering why they were obviously not happy campers leaving here.Lo and behold we check in and my mate ask to ensure we are not far from the elevator. We are both Seniors and my mate is a disabled Veteran. After checking into our room we find that the room is on the far end from the elevator. We go back to the guest services to complain and request a new room. Upon speaking to the jerk of a so called manager ( NIKKO) he was rude, disrespectful and an arrogant prick! When asked if his representative was trained to mislead their senior customers as such. Note, Now we need to redo what we thought was well planned out by changing rooms. He responded that he would address the issue but not now! He refused to speak to his rep or my mate! However when my better half went to address her all of the sudden he came to her defense. he came and told her not to speak to us! I referenced the dissatisfied clients just exiting the property and now how I understand why! I Told him that his nasty disconcerting attitude would be noted on Yelp! He responded I don't care - Go ahead! I responded, don't worry as I will and I do not need your permission. Your disrespect to Seniors and customers is inappropriate and downright Disrespectful! Come on Cache Creek KKK

This was my first visit to Cache Creek. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and appeared quite new. I was also impressed with the size of the casino and variety of games...both table games and video machines. The Event Center is the perfect size. Big enough to attract quality entertainment, yet small enough so that there is not a bad seat in the house. Some of my colleagues hit the golf course and had nothing but good things to say. This will be a great spot to to return to for a weekend getaway.

Was there a few days ago. They do not automatically load comp money to your card. You need to stand in line provided you know about it. Their comp money for food expire in 24 hours, unlike other casinos that give you a lot more time to use it. So if you don't use it you lose it or don't know about it, too bad.... They need to work on sanitation. There were ashes on all the machines I was playing. The smoke does bother me but it wasn't crowded so less smoke but I always carry an N95 mask with me. They need to refill the soap in the bathroom especially the one by the high limits. Seems like the beverage workers only go in high limits if their regulars are playing. Otherwise, no service in there. I had to go out to the non smoking area to find a server and ask for some water, the same Indian lady server I always see just ignores me and give me a mean stare. We have stayed in both the North Tower and South Tower. The South Tower is newer but the rooms are smaller and no bathtub. There is a trade off so you have to decide. Overall, you could do better elsewhere.

I came here for a golf weekend with a few friends. The amenities were nice. Friendly security guards and the food is decent enough. The pricing is what is stopping me from coming here more often. $1000 for a Friday and Saturday is too much. I've stayed at Mandalay Bay and Caesar's in Vegas for much less. I can go to Reno and can either get a complementary room or pay $300 for a weekend stay at a nice resort like Grand Sierra. The casino is nice. Has a good mixture of new and old slots. Table games are what you'd expect. Dealers were nice and so were the pit bosses. The only complaint is the lack of a poker room. I hear they had one before and took it out for a reason. All in all, I had a great time. If the rooms were more reasonably priced, it's a place I would go to more often.

The service is still generally lacking, but I've bumped up my rating because I've had consistently good food. The nachos at Sports Page were great. Since my last review I've only been a few times, but I will admit that the drive is beautiful this time of year, especially when you get near Capay. The slot attendants still can't be bothered and the slots seem tighter here than other casinos.

I have been a loyal customer of this casino for well over 10 years. I started recording on my phone in the parking garage because none of the elevators were working and there was a lady's in a wheelchair sitting in the cold. Long story short security asked me to leave because I was recording. They did this in a extremely aggressive manner and were trying to escalate the situation by getting within inches of my face while yelling at me and following me so closely they were kicking my heels while walking down the stairs to escort me to my car. When I stopped walking to look around for my car the guard behind me bumped into me and then the other security guard starts to grab me then I was tackled to the ground (concrete) handcuffed and taken to a holding cell inside the casino. I was there for about a hour when the Yolo County Sherries arrived and without any explanation whatsoever or a single question as to what happened. I was released and escorted to my car and told I was not to ever return to the casino. There was no incident leading up to this inside the casino, and the only disturbance occurred when the security guards started yelling and getting in my face. Although I was upset over their actions I complied with all their requests including when I was "arrested" . As they told me I was under arrest. Oh and the great thing is I have the whole thing on video so it's indisputable. And NO I'm not letting this slide Cache Creek!

Asking for food comp, it was difficult to convey that we put $$$ in their slot machines, then ask for $40 or $50 food comp. They said our casino host was unavailable, so based on our play, they offered $20.? I felt angry, so disappointed. At Graton resort, we ask for $50, and without batting an eye, they give $50 food comp. We feel appreciated, even after so much $$ in their slot machines. I Don't mind coming back to CC, but feel unappreciated when it comes to rewards. Aarrggh! I'm trying to calm down, hope it is soon.
