I visit this resort often. I love the amenities such as the spa which I spent a lot of time in. The pool areas and the restaurants are great. Everything is great about this place.

Renovated carpets and tile floors. Good selection of games to play. Only drawback is the floor service; spotty at best, long wait times, and surly service. I've said something before but nothing has changed. It may be better to have service on the wall like other casinos and serve yourself. Not much to change; floor service is still spotty.

Rooms: Always very clean and never an issue with check-in or check out!
Food and drinks: The restaurants here are so good! My favorite is the teriyaki chicken plate from the Asian kitchen!

It's so hard to win there. The machines are very tight and rarely ever leave with anything. I usually come up to play my bonus play and $300 will go within 1 hour not worth the drive or your time and money.

MY FIRST 4 DAYS STAYING HERE WERE COMPLETELY AWFUL AND NO PROBLEMS WERE RESOLVED- HOWEVER AFTER STAYING HERE A FEW TIMES MORE SINCE THEN ITS BEEN A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT AND MUCH BETTER EXPERIENCE!! FRIENDLY STAFF, SMILING FACES AND NOW I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING. ONLY NEGATIVES I STILL HAVE ARE HIGH COST OF ROOMS WITH VERY LITTLE IN RETURN SUCH AS NO MICROWAVE IN ANY OF THE ROOMS AND MINI FRIDGES THAT ARE JUST AS MUCH OF A GAMBLE AS THE SLOT MACHINES- IVE HAD MINI FRIDGES THAT EITHER DIDNT WORK AT ALL OR COMPLETELY FROZE ALL YOUR DRINKS. HOUSEKEEPING HAS IMPROVED AS WELL- BE SURE TO USE ALL AMENITIES HERE AND DEFINITELY CHECK OUT THE POOL AND HOT TUB ON THE 5th FLOOR OF THE NORTH TOWER AND FLOOR LEVEL OF THE SOUTH TOWER AS WELL AS THE LUXURY SPA AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE FULL GYM THEY OFFER IN THE SOUTH TOWER AS WELL
Wouldn’t recommend staying here. I got free rooms and even that was too much to pay. What I mean is that there were so many problems with everything from front desk, to comps, to bonus play. Customer “service” is extremely lacking and most employees are extremely rude. Staying at the hotel? Bring your own coffee because regardless of number of guests in a room they will only bring you TWO coffee pods per room. I’ve stayed twice so far and even at checkout they mess with you. Checkout time is 11am. I called at 10am to ask for luggage carts in advance (only employees are allowed to handle them- so you have to request them) and also called front desk to ask for a late checkout of 11:30 just to make absolutely sure I was out on time. After 11:30 the hotel charges a $75 late checkout fee. Each week I called at 10 am for a cart and NEITHER time did a card make it to my room before 11:30. I feel like this is a scam to take additional money from their “guests” last minute. In addition, when I would call to ask how much longer it would be I was treated very rudely and was even hung up on in one occasion after they said- I’m doing my best- you’ll get one when you get one. Extremely unprofessional. I don’t want this review to look like an essay so I’ll stop at this point but I want everyone reading this to know I experienced just as many concerns with every aspect of my stay from food to gambling and everything in between.
Also- during my first two days there two women passed out from heat exhaustion. The casino is extremely hot (especially in certain areas) and they RARELY come by to offer anything to drink- ironic since the water bottles actually say on them
DONT PLAY THIRSTY
So yeah this hotel/casino/resort doesn’t seem to care about its guests in the slightest. I emailed them over two weeks ago regarding my concerns and they still haven’t responded proving to me that they really aren’t concerned about you in the slightest. Just swing by, drop off your cash and leave is what they’re hoping for
Don’t stay here- and if you do don’t gamble here either. If you do you’ll understand in just an hour or two why I said not to. And if you do decide to gamble make sure you bring your own drinks because you not only won’t get a drink but you’ll be hunting down waitresses because they don’t come by and are very hard to find
I hope someone at Cache Creek is reading this because BOTH of my stays this month were horrible and I don’t plan on returning once I’ve redeemed my free rooms. Only redeeming because I earned them with the amount of money I’ve gambled there over time and I deserve SOMETHING in return for it rather than absolutely nothing
Rooms: No microwave. Showers go hot/cold while you’re getting clean. A Keurig in the room but I was only allowed 2 coffee pods per 3 day stay even though there were 2 guests. Tv says you can connect Netflix to it. I had two different rooms on 2 different floors and neither time could I connect- always WiFi issues. Mini fridge isn’t adjustable as far as temperature settings and was very warm even though plugged in. Wasn’t able t

The payout for the machines is bare minimum I put around $1000.00 into a machine and every time it went into a bonus round the machine would fail which they would have to basically re set the machine, and was there any comp for me having to wait the time that it took to find a personal to fix the issues and then be able to actually fix it? No, nadda zip nothing , for the amount of money that this place takes in , In a day/night, you would think they would be able to maintain the equipment better , there are some good qualities here I will admit , the drink service is okay 2-3 people for a facility of 75,000 square foot you would think there would be more , the valet staff is amazing! The floor runners not always the friendliest, the cage people are not nice at all , My hope is that they just take a look and think about investing into their employees and into their customers better
