My favorite post office and honestly often the highlight of the work days where I stop in. The folks working here are so friendly and they keep the line moving fast. ❤️Brisbane USPS, you encompass all the things I love about Brisbane.

Staff are friendly and all wear masks. Sometimes there are lines, but usually pretty quick in and out. Plenty of parking.

Called several times - no one answers the phone and then disconnects you. Have no idea what they did with my package. USPS says to contact carrier but no one responds.

I like that they have parking spots (rare for SF post offices), but they do not open on time which is frustrating. They claim that they open at 9a but they are often late by 45 minutes or more.

Usually I wouldn't leave a review for a USPS location, but the service here is phenomenal! My girlfriend and I came here to send a high priced item through mail and the clerk was very knowledgeable on how we should send it and what features we should get to insure safe delivery of item. He even told us to use registered mail because it is cheaper with insurance! I thought insurance with registered mail will surely add to the cost but it actually saved us $10! If you have any questions about your mail, ask them! They will give you the best advice and information!

I love utilizing this post office. Dicky & Myron work the windows most days when I drop off packages. I’ve been selling on an internet website for 2 years. I live in San Francisco. I worked in Brisbane for 9 years & just have a fascination for this whimsical town. The people are friendly & I’ve never had bad service anywhere in town. I am disabled & I never have a problem with parking or waiting in line. This location is a Diamond in the rough!

Taken 7 weeks to arrive in Aust from USA...just got to QUEENSLAND today but still waiting for delivery.....SLOWEST delivery I have ever witnessed.
Probably take another week?? All I know is that its left Brisbane...maybe to depot but waiting on the Gold Coast.

Great staff. Quite a relief that USPS actually have staff who do their best to make your mailing experience a good one. No long lines so not much waiting. You can do your mailing task in less than 10 minutes. The parking space is seldom full most of the day. I use this branch as much as I can if I can pass by this area.

Only in Brisbane will you get a shorter line or no line at the post office! And every time I visit this post office, I get a boba at the burrow! Win-win for me!!

This is my favorite post office to go to because it's about a 10 minutes drive from my house in SF and it has PARKING. They are friendly, efficient, and the line is never too long or it moves fast!
