My delivery associate was Dave Dragoo and he was super friendly and professional. They arrived a little bit early but was kind enough to wait for me in their truck as I had a meeting during that time. They were very careful of not damaging your floor while assembling everything and even explained how to dissemble it if you ever need to move the furniture. As I purchased an extendable table, they showed me how to put the leaves in and even helped to find out locations to store them in my house. They were very fast in moving everything in but made sure everything was in place before they left (unlike a lot of moving companies I had in the past-always in a rush). I am very happy with the service and will highly recommend room and board for making your furniture purchase.

Worth the added price. I wish Room and Board could also be my movers. They have clean trucks, uniformed, polite, and considerate of the home. They are experts at figuring out how to maneuver furniture without damaging it. If they do, they admit it and get it taken care of. I like them and will be buying more.

Wow. The experience and feel of Room & Board comes through even in their delivery center. The customer check in place is nice and the warehouse is exactly what you'd expect. Your furniture is put together and ready to go in your vehicle. You will need to bring your own blankets and tarps as everything is unboxed. Great service team. Exceeded expectations.

Picking items up from the distribution center is quick, easy and painless. Each time I have been in and out in less than 5 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful at check in, warehouse is organized and efficient. Nothing but good things to say with my experience.
