What a rip off. Don’t come to this shop for any repairs unless you want to pay 3-5x what any respectable place will charge. Good luck finding a good mechanic, this place ain’t the one.

This place is a scam. They commit insurance fraud and send ridiculous quotes for minor damage. The photo here is the damage on the vehicle they quoted over $3000 for. I have the quote from them as well. They work with people to quote really high so they can split the extra. I was quoted $350 by another shop with 100 reviews. How do these people get $3000 for this little bit of damage? By scamming people and insurance. Stay away if you care about getting a fair deal. All of their reviews are fake and from their own family and friends.

How does this guy have almost a 5 star review? His friends and family gave him the five stars. He will charge you 160 for a tire rotation when they do it down the street for 30. Supposedly it's for "using his rack" which doesn't justify the price. If you go here you will be taken advantage of.

I hit a curb with my BMW X3, ruined a tire, and Bernard was great and helped me out quickly and courteously. (While I was there he did an oil change too so that was terrific.) Highly recommend this hidden gem! I'll be going back for all my car needs. Recommend you do the same. Owner is honest and kind.

Talk about a diamond in the rough! I came across this place off of pure luck. I was diagnosed by the dealership that my transmission was going out but decided to have a 2nd opinion. Turned onto this street as I was looking for 7 mile for lunch and stopped to ask the gentleman that was outside of his shop moving vehicles. You could tell he was busy but still was able to assist me with directions. I figured I'd ask him if he could give me his opinion the issue with my car. I told him I would come back after lunch. Ever since then, Bernard is the only mechanic i trust with my car. He'll give you his honest opinion and doesnt gouge you like other shops do. Still driving my accord with the same transmission and he FIXED my misfire.

Bernard is an extraordinarily gifted mechanic and his prices are reasonable. I have 2 older foreign cars and have relied on him to keep them on the road for 10 years. He is a no-nonsense kind of guy, so tell him what the problem is and leave the car in good hands.Services: Electrical repair

Bernard has helped me too many times to list. I've taken my '03 Honda, '04 Honda, '66 Ford F-250, 2002 VW Eurovan, Wife's 2011 Prius and her mom's '97 BMW Z3. Every time, the work is excellent and fairly priced. One story however, really says it all. the family and i were in the VW leaving for a trip to SoCal when we hit a curb and damaged the tire. I called Bernard and told him that we needed to get down to SoCal for a memorial. Bernard said "Bring the car over! I was leaving for the airport to pick up my sister but i'll tell her to take a Lyft" he had us going in no time and we were not late for our event. that's service that is WAY above and beyond the call of duty! thanks Bernard!

Bernard is the best! I went to several mechanics and they either didn't know how to fix my car problem or didn't want to deal with it. Bernard was the only one who was willing to spend time on my car and he fixed the problem in few hours! He's very capable, honest, efficient and friendly. He can work on any cars. Highly recommended. I was unable to pass the smog check for unknown reason for over a month and the stress of my registration and tag expiring was weighing on me daily.Trip after trip to my usual auto shop nearby, they couldn't figure out what to do. Thankfully Bernard at Mechano Garage was able to quickly identify the problem and got my car fixed to pass the check in no time. Now I can resume volunteering to transport animals from shelters, foster homes, and vets!I highly recommend Bernard and his garage as he is a great guy and a very intuitive mechanic. Best of all, very reasonably priced for his amazing work.

Mr. Bernard is professional, efficient, and highly skilled. His prices are reasonable. He takes extra steps to help customers. I always get my car serviced here even after I moved out of Brisbane. Highly recommended !

I have a 2012 Audi Q5. So when it comes to auto upkeep and maintenance, it's going to be expensive. I was recommended to go see Bernard when it was time to get new brake rotors and pads. His estimate was a lot more reasonable than what the dealership would've charged.When I first got to his shop, I was greeted with a smile and welcoming arms. He immediately checked out the car while I was there to make sure the estimate was correct and there wouldn't be any other issues. He did a thorough walk through and confirmed what needed to be done. He is an honest mechanic. He actually took the time to explain what work needs to be done and why; taking time to show the actual parts with the explanation. You will not feel lied to or taken for like some other mechanics.The work was done just as explained. I came back to pick up the car and he did another thorough explanation of what work was completed. Full transparency with superior work. If you need work done on your car, Bernard is your guy.
