“I love this store. The styles are very unique in a GOOD way. With how much time I spend in San Francisco I was surprised I hadn't heard of the store before now. I was recently at Noc Noc bar literally right down the street with a friend on a Saturday night and they had a really good DJ from the UK playing. I actually talked with him after he was done playing and he told me he lives a couple doors down in the same building as the store (Wild Feather). He invited me over but that wasn't something I do. I did however, check out the store a few days later with a friend. I have since bought a few things online and I love every single one of them. I am super curious if the in-store inventory is consistent with the online selections because if not I would love to go in and shop in-person. I would keep an eye out for the guy who lives there but he was really nice so I wouldn't be too concerned about it. Anyway I love the clothes, love the designs and can't wait to shop again soon.”

“Before working with ADA, I went into the process of buying an engagement ring worried about the uncertainties that can come with buying a diamond online. Would the stone be good quality? Would the setting? How would I know that the stone I chose wouldn't have imperfections not considered in the grading process? I took a watch in today to get resized. It’s a Breitling Navitimer with a notoriously difficult bracelet to adjust. I had taken it to a jeweler in San Francisco, Elite Fine Jewelry, who took 5 days to adjust my watch. And didn’t do it correctly. They said the half links could not be removed. Leaving me with a slightly too large watch.
I was in Burlingame and decided to see if Topper could assist. When I walked into the stor I was warming greeted, offered a beverage, and introduced to an associate (I’m terrible with names and can’t remember hers) who could assist me. We confirmed that I needed a half link removed which the associate said would not be a problem. 5-10 minutes later the watch was back on my wrist with the half link removed!
Topper earned a future customer in me when I’m ready to make my next purchase. If you’re in the market for a new watch, I can not recommend them enough!”
“Yadav is our jeweler of choice and I'm so glad my husband decided to get my engagement ring and our wedding bands from them. It's a family owned business- every time we go in we are greeted with smiles and kindness. We haven't had any bad customer service experiences at Yadav. When we were initially shopping for rings, some of the other jewelers in the city were arrogant and unresponsive to our questions via email- so we took it as them not wanting our money. We've had appointments and have even walked in without appointments and Maytal, Edan, and Destiny have always been helpful, friendly, and accommodating. I get my rings cleaned every now and then and just being able to stop in when I'm in the city has been the most convenient thing since it takes no more than 10 mins to clean my jewelry.”
