Ok...so let me say the people working here look at your laundry and observe you.They criticize your soap etc and talk in their language Infront of you. Wish I could give a zero. Asking me a million questions while I'm doing my laundry ???Maybe their machines don't use enough water, why they were so suspect to the customers about using little super little amounts of soap? Anyhow, had people criticize my laundry I was just doing bedding??? Crazy right and speaking another language behind my back, super rude actually. Don't come here unless you want them to " school you" and get upset because their machines don't work right and are over priced but blame the customer. It's also not very clean....lots of broken stuff lying around broken flooring etc. and machines that don't spin. I took my stuff after and re-did them in Millbrae at a small clean place near the High School where the owners don't eagle eye you because they aren't there 24-7. First time here and will never go back.

Lots of machines.Great price on dryers.Also includes a dry cleaners.Big parking lot with some trees for shade on hot days.Right off Bayshore.Situated in small strip mall and 5 minute walk to park, post office, hardware store, etc. Thursday afternoon has Farmers Market at the park. Library is up the street.Get your clothes clean, errands done, grab a bite or beverage.Laundromat has staff on site. They do a great job of staying on top of everything.Bench outside provides places to sit and wait for machines in the fresh air.

It's clean and safe. People who run it are nice. My only negative is that it is a very expensive place to do laundry. Parking is so-so.

I'm at this place every week and I always seem to miss the crowds by at least 10 minutes. For me, the best times to get here is before 8AM and after 4PM. You'll almost be guaranteed at least one of the big washers LOL

This is a very clean and convenient laundromat. There's a laundry service open here too so if anything goes wrong, the owners are almost always there. Lots of parking. I just spent $5 on a 25 minute double load washer and $1.25 to dry them on high heat for 25 minutes. Some places to eat or just get a cup of coffee and donut right in the plaza. No bank near by, so make sure you have enough cash on hand. My favorite laundromat by far!

It's a good place to do laundry and is a cleaner's also the owners r very nice people.its clean and u won't get a ticket free parking but does get crowded I go early in the morning

Not the most luxurious of laundromat's but exactly what you need for a one time use in an emergency situation. Not expensive nor cheap.

They had always been very nice people until I requested a refund after half of the buttons on one of their washers didn't work, I had to do a short wash and then use another washer. We had a back and forth, I was refunded only half of my requested amount, then was told that I was cheap and couldn't come back again. The nicer wife said some words to calm the husband down. There was no name calling on my part and I wasn't responsible for their washer not functioning fully.

Thrse folks really know the meaning of good, no, GREAT customer service. Quick and efficient. They even delivered my laundry when I couldn't make it in to pick it up.Truly rare in this day of "customer NO service ".Keep up the good work.
