My husband and I used Bright Event Rentals for literally everything at our wedding this past November 2023. The selection of items was awesome. Our wedding planner picked out most of it, but all of it totally fit our vibe and we couldn’t have been happier with how it all turned out. Plates, linens, cutlery, tables, chairs, couches, high tops, etc etc etc. Bright nailed it and we would recommend 10/10 for all your event needs ever!! Thank you guys so so much.

I had to book a dance floor super last minute for my wedding. Bright Rentals was the only rental company that had floors available, so we had to go with them despite their prices being significantly higher than other rental companies. Although set up and breakdown was smooth, the aftermath was a horrendous experience. Almost a full month past the wedding date, I received a bill for $6k to replace the entire dance floor due to "water damages". I asked for more information on the damages, since there were no sprinklers at our venue and it didn't rain on the wedding day. I received no response from their damages department and to my surprise charged my credit card almost a month after the email without my consent or signature. This was especially uncalled for because I had paid for the damage waiver before renting the dance floor which specifically covered the damages. After threatening to dispute the charges through my credit card company, the damages department finally responded and apologized for making a mistake. They did not read the contract and did not realize the waiver covered this. If you still decide to go with Bright, be sure to read your contract carefully.

I wish I could give them more stars!!! I 100% recommend this great company! When my chargers didn't come in on time for my wedding, I went into panic mode n started searching for vendors! I came across Bright who had a stunning collection of elegant pieces! I got a large amount of chargers n 2 side tables n I'm so excited to use them for my wedding. Not only are the pieces gorgeous , but the staff is even better. I gotta shout out DESI who communicated so well n was attentive to my needs. Also AL who did a phenomenal job putting all the chargers and tables in my car! Mind you my car was so junky but he made it work n helped me throw out things. I especially appreciated his warm welcome n lack of judgement for my junky car all n all great time! They took off so much stress off me. I'm SO SO appreciative of you all at BRIGHT!!!

I worked with Samantha to reserve 35 chairs for my small outdoor wedding at the Palace of Fine Arts. We only had the space reserved for 2 hours, so the timing of delivery and pickup was very tight. Bright was absolutely amazing - the chairs were already set up when we arrived at 10am (much earlier than expected) and we waved at the pickup crew as we left at 11:30am. Bright also had the fairest prices of any rental company I spoke to. I would absolutely use them again!

We've used Bright for 2 events in the last month. They were very good. Naomi did a nice job guiding me through the options. I visited the showroom in Brisbane for the 2nd event and she guided me through all the options. It looked gorgeous in the end. The up charge for any stairs was a little off putting hence a 4 star instead of 5. I get the need for the charge, but it was the same for any number of stairs as opposed to lower for just a couple of them.

Palm Springs team really went above and beyond helping us with last minute tenting issues and moving equipment from Los Angeles to Palm Springs for our needs at a Joshua Tree event. Thank you teams!

Best selection of rentals in the bay with LEAST amount of guidance and help from staff. They are glorified order takers with is disappointing. Take a party planner with you if youre planning to order feom them.
