Hi! I'm not much of a talking person, but the old guy that takes care of the front desk will never say good morning or afternoon. He is very rude most of the time. If you really don't want to be there just let somebody else do the job!

Outrageous! I ordered a package from Amazon, my address was there, but the guy up front, “Bill”, is lazy and incompetent, and sent my package back to the sender because he thinks my address was incomplete. I’ve heard from locals that this is a continuing problem, and I’m not the only one.

Had to wait five minutes while the guys finished their conversation in the back. Finally got to buy some stamps and they were out of postcard stamps. What a waste of my time.

Bill is hands down one of the most genuine and helpful people I have met along all of these USPS stops. I recall meeting him in 2019 during my northbound PCT thruhike and his helpfulness and honesty are still the top notch as I am forced to end a southbound thruhike due to fires now in 2021.Thank you for your support my friend. And hope to see you again next year :)“Pay It Forward”

Super helpful employees, who went above and beyond in trying to help me locate a missing box that was supposed to be delivered from the Yosemite PO.

Oh my goodness, what a kind and helpful manager. I was traveling and he really went the extra mile. We are so lucky to have, and so undeserving of, such nice public servants. But hopefully he finds joy in being a good soul.

Does not seem right--every day Post Office uses a non postal person to sort and box mail. A local should be hired in to a benefited position. Boxholders at Bridgeport have not given permission for their mail to be sorted and delivered by highway contractor.
