I went to the store to get some hand soap since I had a $10 coupon on my app but it's scanning that I had used it already. But I didn't use it yet. I talked to the manager about it and she said that app and paper coupon is the same thing even I have it on my app. I asked if she can honor the coupon since it's on my app and she said NO!

Deals and coupons are a scam, it's always you gotta buy more to get the deal which make it not a deal. Also I hate when they ask do you need help and you say no and they stand there and stare at you. So annoying

We needed more hand soaps and air fresheners. I really love the ones from here. Love that they're almost always having a sale. I am really happy that I was also able to use two coupons from the Bath and Body works APP. So, if you forget to bring a coupon just login to your APP. Disclaimer: not all coupons might be on there.This store is always so organized and smells so good. They always greet you at the door and ask if you need help. I also love that there are sampling products available so that people don't open the actual products (I've come home with opened products from stores). Last but not still their products are always updated with the season. Right now they have some really cool and fun Halloween themed items.

We just went in initially to look and ended up spending like $60 this is a typical female thing. When I was in the strip I ended up seeing another female with the bag that look like ours so we weren't alone LOL. It's so easy to get lost in here for hours we were there for at least close to an hour if not an hour and a half just smelling different smells and trying to figure out what I wanted! Overall I ended up with hand soaps and my mom got her thousand wishes perfume little gift bag they got going on there. The workers were all pretty nice here that I interacted with! My mom accidentally got lotion all over her nose and face and a worker seen and they were able to laugh it off LOL. They have so many things to choose from between the candles, lotions soaps, body butter, wallflowers, even little mini backpacks to put your stuff in! You just definitely have to come in and check it out for yourself because they have so many things to offer! Definitely would recommend! Only thing I'm upset about is there is, which is not too bad compared to Victoria's Secret, a two dollar price hike ( at least ) in their fragrances alone... it's just irritating. Oh you definitely have to try out their foam soap by the way, it's sooo soft and it doesn't dry my hands out whatsoever! Anyways hope this helps thanks for reading!

I wish I could give this place a -1 star me and my family came in tonight and no one greeted us and when we asked what were the prizes on the candles the worker was so rude about it and they dint even offer to help the worst part was that some other family came in after us and they greeted them and showed them prizes and was so nice idk to me it seem like racism im definitely never coming back to this place and I'm telling my family members and friends to not come to this exact bath and body works I'm so disappointed and upset

Had a great experience. Walked in and Elizabeth was simply a joy. Promptly greeting everyone and offering a smell of the beautiful sweater weather. She assisted us with a few other soap scents as they were having a nice sale, so nice I had to leave Sis with the basket and carry my items to the counter so I could stop picking things up. At check out time I had Alondra who was just as pleasant. I can say every lady that assisted us was a pure joy and they seemed to work well together. Can't wait for the candles to go back on sale. Excellent customer service which of course means a wonderful experience. Thank you Ladies

Ashlyn was incredibly helpful, professional and had such awesome suggestions -- I was only coming in to replenish some wall flower plug ins and ended up leaving with that as well as some new favorite fall candles, some body lotions and an amazing coconut hand cream! Really great customer service, thanks again Ashlyn!

It's a gamble if I'm going to walk in with a paycheck and walk out with that sweet, sweet satisfaction and lingering regret when I'm driving on fumes later in the month. Whoops! They have a nice selection and the set up is really well done for naturally leading into the next section. I was a little turned off when I had to wait for a while because chatting with the customer ahead of me seemed to be the priority versus moving them along to talk while ringing me up, though. Multitask babe! Also some of the sign placement for prices was a bit questionable and misleading. I can see why people were confused when these awesomely cheap candles turned out to be three times what they were seemingly marked to be. Just have to make sure to read the stickers on the bottom of things to be sure, but not a lot of customers are going to think that when a big red sign has the price in their face, you know?

Really impressed with their covid safety protocol at this location and their effort to protect customers and employees. In addition, they always have good stock on their merchandise and really friendly employees. Have visited in store and for pickup in the last week and both times the process was easy.

VERY DISAPPOINTED...DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FOR SHIPPING DELIVERY! Terrible delivery service (Newgistics then gets transferred to the USPS) my order on Dec. 11 has shipped (plus this was a replacement because the first one arrived broken) using this carrier company and it has been sitting at the Newgistics facility for over a week now with no movement and nowhere near my post office to be transferred for delivery. Chat agent told me to wait until the end of the month to see I I get it, SERIOUSLY!! I THOUGHT BATH AND BODY WORKS WOULD HAD MORE PRIDE IN THEIR PRODUCTS AND DELIVERY SERVICE THEY CHOOSE TO USE.

Do NOT order online for store pick up! It's the most unorganized process we've encountered in all of the online shopping experiences. They need a District manager to come and show them how to move a line of 9 people picking up in front of us to be less than an hour wait. Took almost 1.5 hours to get our order standing outside in the cold. Slow slow slow. Employees talking outside. Frustrating. Should have taken the free shipping Option.

I love shopping at Bath & Body! The store is clean and with COVID they have safety as a top priority for their customers and staff. I love their sales and their new products. I always find a good buy. I hope they stay in business and make it through the pandemic.
