This Walgreens is the one we visit for all our pharmacy needs. Not only is it conveniently close it is also very clean, spic n span and always well stocked The staff too is very friendly and efficient. Service is always with a smile

The pharmacist prefers to give medications to "their patients" rather than someone who drove 1 hour to their pharmacy because they told my doctor's office that they have my prescription in stock. When I called to confirm two people helped me until the pharmacist takes the phone and says in 1 hour all their patients refilled it and it's not in stock anymore and to go somewhere else. Honestly that's super unprofessional, just say it's not in stock to my doctors office if your going to gatekeep it and don't waste people's time.

Pharmacy deserves all the 5 stars. Our full family goes here for medication. They are fast, professional, and friendly. I am glad I live down the street from a decent pharmacy not like other stores...

Never go wrong at Walgreens. Had the flu and all other stores in the area were out of cold/flu medicine. Thanks Walgreens for having what I needed.

One person in photo who got sucked into in doing someone's self kiosks photos for 20 minutes. Two customers waiting . What we think was manager came over chastised the employee . Never once asked any of the two customers if he could helped . Came back repeatedly ignored repeatedly then went to gossip with cashierGets better do after waiting 30 min , that register in photo not work told to go front register Then told at front that only the photo register then the obnoxious store manager / supervior starts get rude after I suggested perhaps as he is in charge of store perhaps he should have talked with his customers

I go to this location specifically for the amazing woman in cosmetics. She's been there for as long as I can remember. She's nice, always working on her department and she knows about the products! I don't get that kind of service at Ulta. I didn't give 5 stars only because the shelves are so empty from all of the shoplifting. Maybe a security guard would help.

I hate leaving bad reviews but I had a poor experience here today. My mother and I had vaccine appointments scheduled today - I was scheduled for a flu shot and she was scheduled for a COVID-19 booster at 6:30pm. We drove more than 30 minutes for our appointments but when we showed up, the pharmacy inside the store had closed at 4:30pm due to the "pharmacist not showing up". Sure, things happen, I understand. However, I do NOT understand why the pharmacist on duty for the prior shift or any of the techs did not contact us to let us know our appointments were cancelled. They were open until 4:30pm and ANYONE in the pharmacy staff could have called us or even sent an automated email to all scheduled patients. Multiple people showed up for their appointments and were quite frustrated as well. The manager we spoke with was nice, but she couldn't offer any solution. The pharmacy really wasted our time and gas money.

So i had my covid test here for the first time, i usually do it at CVS which i always get the result within 24 hours and the process was very systematic easy access to the eesult. In walgreen the person who assisted me did not gave me my reference number so i wasn't able to retrieve my covid result online. I called the pharmacy after two days and asked for the reference number and i was told that its impossible that they did not gave it to me and there is no way she can retrieve the reference number since they throw it away right away. I was very annoyed and frustrated. That will be the first and last time im getting their service.

This is for the pharmacy Nothing but problems by ineptness and laziness from staff. So, today, I picked up prescription that was 'ready'. But, confusion on pharmacist about filling. It is not a new prescription. Finally, staff say it ok. I have to wait. WTH? I was alerted that it was already to pickup. Why am I waiting??? I waited 20 minutes and then inquire about status. Staff runs around like a chicken without its head. They find it in a bag stuffed somewhere. Not professional. Just ineptitude!!!! Previously, I wanted them to transfer a specific prescription from another pharmacy. These folks lost all records of the request from me and the fax sent to another pharmacy. After this debacle, I'm transferring out. Oh yes. TURN DOWN THE MUSIC!!!!

Not sure what's with all the 1 star reviews. I've never had a bad experience and I've been coming here since 2001. Same staff, give or take, and my experience has always been pleasant. One person wrote they were asked about their immigration status.... That sounds ridiculously fake news. I live on the same street and I've never had a bad experience EVER. I imagine people are confusing this Walgreens with the one down the street because my experience wasn't pleasant at the one down Balfour, but not the one across the hospital. I think people are confused and immigration status questions sounds irrelevant. Anyway, I'm going to defend a store that treats their customers well. I'm honest poster and blunt, and I have badge to prove it. This Walgreens is one the best one's I've had a good experience.

I walked into this Walgreens today to use the restroom and buy a Gatorade and something to snack on during my short lunch break, as I have frequently been doing for the past year. Today, an employee refused to assist me when I tried to use the restroom and directed me to the pharmacy (the bathroom is password locked). The pharmacy had a long line, so getting the code from them wasn't practical. A few moments later, another guy walked up to the restroom and entered the code, saying an employee gave him the code. The same employee who refused to give it to me just a moment ago. Businesses that lock their restrooms is already a pet peeve of mine, as I don't like being treated like a criminal when I'm not one. But selectively giving out the code, no matter the reason, is insulting and a great way to ensure I'll never enter this store again. I'll be going to the Arco across the street from now on.

Zero stars. Customer service ranges from average to poor. The most recent bad experience was the last straw so I transferred all of my prescriptions to a different company and I do not plan on spending any more money at Walgreens period. I submitted a refill request for a couple of my medications. Apparently the system was down for several days. Instead of notifying customers about the outage and inability to fill out meds, they let us arrive to face locked doors and homemade signs about a total system failure. So I go to the other Walgreens in town and they tell me to go back to my Walgreens because they are open there. I told them I just came from there and they are closed. They insisted they had just now opened. So I drive back to find no change. Store still closed. I go back to the other Walgreens. They insist they can't fill my meds because the other Walgreens already filled it. They tell me I have to call my doctor and have a new prescription sent to this location and that I will have to pay the full price because it has already been ran through the insurance system. And it may not be filled because the system will say too soon to fill. So what are my options? During the last 5 days of system failure, Walgreens couldn't come up with a contingency plan for the customers whose meds were tied up in the system and now unavailable? I called Walgreens pharmacy this morning and spoke to an irritated lady who said there system is back up but they are really behind so I may want to go to a different pharmacy. As rude as that sounds, I would have appreciated that advice 5 days ago! After this transaction, I'm done with Walgreens.
