Horrible customer service, during this remodel the manager and tellers are extremely rude

I just wanted to say that your parking spaces and ATM area are super dirty, littered with trash and you should prrobably do something about cleaning it up. I wanted to send an email but there isn't any way to do so on the website.

Where are the personal bankers? Why are the personal bankers' desks empty and clear? Why do we need to make an appointment for every service?
