Yeah this location sucks! They told me I had a two and a half hour wait to buy a phone. I went to the T-Mobile location down the street and got the same phone for less money and a much better plan.

Me and my wife came in yesterday we spoke to a very rude arrogant staff member Michelle she is very unprofessional very poor customer service the management at this place is very poor and the staff are very poor quality the whole experience being here was horrible and waste of our time because we had an appointment at 11am and they made us wait for 45 minutes that’s no excuse Verizon corporation should hear about this place and we will be contacting the Corporation of Verizon

The staff although reasonably friendly, are totally disconnected from any concept of customer service. After waiting 45 minutes to speak with a rep, my needs were COMPLETELY IGNORED. I did an order with Verizon customer service. In store pick up at this location in Brentwood, CaI basically got laughed at by the greeter because I didn’t know I was suppose to get e-mail before my order was ready. I've been with Verizon for years and never have had big problems. However, now every time I come in, they claim they are not able to help me with my services. Particularly Michelle, she never can help me, and it's pretty aggravating. When I and the other people had no service, she wouldn't send a signal to my phone. I had to drive to the other side of Antioch just for help. She needs some more training because this is ridiculous.

Poor customer service. 6 people were working in this store location. They created long line, because store workers did not care customers in the store. I talked to the store manager, he was laughing saying they are getting updates and changes before service customers.

I chose express pickup for my product so that I wouldn't have to wait in the store to get it. I already paid and all they had to do was hand it to me.They said it wasn't ready and that they would pack it up for me, it has been almost 45 minutes.Why even have this as an option if they can't even deliver that service. This is very upsetting, I choose Verizon, which is considered a premium service and pay a premium price every month, with that I expect a premium level of service to be provided.So I approach the staff about the delay and the member said "I had no idea that you were here" (why would you even say that) and they said they are unable to release the product due to a glitch (I believe they don't have it in stock) and told me that I have to cancel the order.This does not reflect the values of service to which Verizon claims, so what is the point of paying a premium price if I am going to receive a subpar service anyways. Might as well pay less for the same service elsewhere.
