Came here and was told the wait was 1 hour. We sat here while the manager and other employees just sat and talked without helping.

I walked into the store and was greeted by three staff members. We then sat down and within ten minutes they had the issues resolved on my phone and my watch. Great and amazing service team. We will be back.

Was with verizon since they were GTE. had a connection problem with my pixel 7 pro and called support. Guy says "no problem, I'm going to send you a replacement pixel 8 pro" blah blah blah.... You'll have it tomorrow. Four days later it finally arrives... Wrong phone, was issued a whole new number and it had a three year contract. The support handling the return was a nightmare... Oops, Another nightmare.
I am so over them... I went to the dark side, a place I said I would never go due to a previous incident much earlier on a professional basis. Gotta say... Att has gotten better with time I guess... It was an excellent experience... We were getting fiber installed and the territory rep stopped by and got me an excellent deal.

Yeah this location sucks! They told me I had a two and a half hour wait to buy a phone. I went to the T-Mobile location down the street and got the same phone for less money and a much better plan.

Me and my wife came in yesterday we spoke to a very rude arrogant staff member Michelle she is very unprofessional very poor customer service the management at this place is very poor and the staff are very poor quality the whole experience being here was horrible and waste of our time because we had an appointment at 11am and they made us wait for 45 minutes that’s no excuse Verizon corporation should hear about this place and we will be contacting the Corporation of Verizon

The staff although reasonably friendly, are totally disconnected from any concept of customer service. After waiting 45 minutes to speak with a rep, my needs were COMPLETELY IGNORED. I did an order with Verizon customer service. In store pick up at this location in Brentwood, CaI basically got laughed at by the greeter because I didn’t know I was suppose to get e-mail before my order was ready.
