I don't understand all the bad reviews. I have visited the Brentwood Post Office often and never had a complaint. I've found this post office to be fairly efficient and fast when waiting in line. Nice staff.

Terrible delivery service, they never came or left notice, but my tracking got update said delivey attempted delivery and left notice, after that let me to pickup, don't trust this local USPS delivery service.

Having read so many negative reviews about other’s filing/sending their passport applications in this facility, we were mentally prepared for an unpleasant experience. But we got lucky!
Our experience was quite opposite to what we had prepared for. Louie greeted us and immediately started reviewing the materials we handed in and explaining the little relevant details to us along the way. Toward the end, he also told us the time line of processing, how many and what kind of packages we should expect and etc. In about 15 minutes of time, we were heading out of the door.
He was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. After all, he made us feel he genuinely appreciates our business.

Generally very happy with the service but the keys for the package locker on Poppy Court are very old and frequently don't work in the locks. Also the fob attached to the key has long since lost any indication of which package box it's for. The only recourse is to leave a note in the regular mail box. Wouldn't it save a lot of trouble to just get some new keys cut?

Brentwood PO SUCKS! Package says delivered in mailbox, and no package! Box is entirely too big to fit in mailbox, so where's my $500 box????!!! Nobody answers the phone to speak to someone either

Walked in for a passport during the hours on 1/11/24 and the guy told us “Sorry, I have to leave by four, those are my last appointments”. We didn’t know we had to make an appointment to do a walk in? Also, the website says the walk-ins are until 4 pm, but they have a printed sign in the office saying 3:45. Super rude. Waved us off and barely spoke to us.

Rude Karen's that work. Very bad service not respectful I mail a letter for a my friend has a different address not from Brentwood but from Discovery bay anyways i drop it in mail box. I asume the mailing is the same cause it a united state postal of course but no . Couple day later the letter was sent back to my friend house's with a big red mark on it.

Why is that so many of my incoming packages “mysteriously” go missing at this location? Seriously. I order one parcel, it disappeared when it came to this location. The company sent a replacement, and lo and behold that disappeared here too.
Get it together. Some internal auditing needs to be done here.
