The numerous bad customer service reviews seem to be accurate here. Unfortunately. As a best practice I take a picture of any shipment with the label on it for "proof". I never caught the name of the heavy set lady (wearing a mask- lol), so we will just call her Karen. Well Karen wouldn't let me take a photo of the package and label. She defended her position saying I can make a duplicate label. WTAF is wrong with this lady? I can easily have printed 100 of the same label if I wanted to from UPS online. She literally moved the package to the back counter as quickly as possible to prevent me from taking the picture. Outrageous. Management has failed training Karen.

I wish I can give this location zero starts. This white woman with long hair ( I forgot to ask for her name) was very RUDE and IMPOLITE. I went to this location to drop a document, and they lost it. She did not want to double check if it was there. Very unprofessional. NEVER GO THERE EVER. STAY AWAY FROM PLACE.

I receive at least 4 shipments a month for pick up because they need to be signed for. Each one takes me at least 2 visits because there is always a "problem". The packages need an ID that I always bring in. The woman with the long dark hair always finds a new reason not to give it to me. The other employees always find it right away. Yesterday, the tracking # was " wrong". I will not go back there, so UPS will have to send it back. Do not use this store! To add: I went back today with the same tracking number. The mistake was the scanner mistake. There are several steps the store employee can take when the tracking number is off. The employee that helped me tried them and I have my package! The snotty woman with the long dark hair told me yesterday there was nothing she could do and walked away! She needs to quit or be fired! Thank you to the girl that helped me!

Always friendly when you walk in. Greeted immediately, helped with copies, faxes returns. Tall blonde very happy smiling and pleasant. Nice to see a smiling face and not a masked covered face. Even though very busy, people were helped quickly and the line moved fast.

Ok I have to just stop for a second and leave a review because this is my absolute favorite UPS store. I've been coming here for 3 years and have not experienced mistakes. They are always so sweet and omg SO so busy! But they take the time to be kind to every customer that walks in. Lines are super long! But they work so hard to be efficient. The customers are what keep the lines long but like I said, they are so kind with every customer. I see terrible reviews here and I'm afraid after my review they'll be even more busy hahaha! But they deserve 5 stars!

Talk about the worst most rude customer service ever!! Walk if said Hi, absolutely no response back. Like a blank faced. RBF at its best! Then I said Thank you after my Amazon return, the of course NO response... no you're welcome. The long dark strait haired girl (no name tag) did not say 1 word to me. No facial reaction NOTHING like a robot! This was horrible to see that simple manners and kind gestures are too hard for some. Super sad! If you're so miserable maybe a non customer service job is better for you.

THE WORST STORE POSSIBLE. THE MANAGER IS INCOMPETENT. She refused me my package after my package was in my maiden name and my id didn't match. I told her I could show her a marriage certificate and she still refused. Called corporate and they apologized and told me they didn't understand why she refused. I ended up getting very mean with the manager because you can't refuse a package when I'm showing you proof but she refused to listen. GET YOUR PACKAGE MOVED TO A DIFFERENT STORE BEFORE DEALING WITH THOSE QUACKS IN THERE!!!! If I could give negative stars I would. Crazy how corporate is having the package delivered tomorrow because of the manager's incompetence.

As luck would have it I was in town again and needed to have an email printed up. As soon as I was inside the store they helped me right away. I am in a situation where I needed to have this taken care of right away and I was so happy to get it done very quickly. Everyone is always so helpful. I arrived at 3:32 pm and was stopped at the door by someone explaining how she has a lot of boxes behind the counter and needs to clear them out, so since she is the only one, she is going to take a 5 min break. Mind you, it's is 54 degrees outside, pouring rain during the recent storm. I was asked if I have my barcode ready and I noted that I have it in email when she then asked if I can come back. So I went to my car to not stand in the freezing cold and found the email with the bar code. When I returned there were over 3 customers waiting and had to wait an additional 5 minutes. You could see inside and she her and an additional worker moving boxes. But she just noted she was working along she eventually opened the door and apologized for the wait and explained she is the only one at the register and the other girl is working in the back. Which I couldn't understand could have been done in the first place as you still serviced customers. Or at the least, wait in the warm indoors. We all go in and I wait for the other customers to be processed, I am up. She asked if i found the bar code, I showed her. Then here's the kicker, she explains that I need to email it to them and get it printed in b&w so the email fee is $3.50 and the printing $0. Are you dead serious? That's wild first of all! An email fee?? Secondly, you could have explained that 15 min ago when I explained that my bar code is in my email. I decided to leave and go to the UPS store pass my house in Discovery Bay, where this is a free convenient service. Stay clear if you appreciate good service and respect of your time.

The workers are rude and not helpful. Notary is not there when they say they are. I avoid going there. Every time I decide to give the store another try I am reminded why I don't go to that location. I drive farther to the other 2 locations in my area. They have better service.
