It's Saturday afternoon and Home Depot is packed. The only sad face I saw was the guy sitting at the table for " remodel baths" or " sign up for this" Christmas decorations alreadyHalloween is a month a way. Love looking at the Halloween stuff there. I was there buying things for a Halloween decoration. The paint guy was nice, got some green and copper color for my witch cauldron. Black chain rang up wrong, so went back in and the customer service person" Nikki" was very helpful. She was going to call hardware to help, but figured it out in her own which I appreciated. She got my mistake fixed quick and easy and I want to say " Thank you Nikki"

There are quite a few people in the store working, but no one to come to help me in the department that I needed. While staff was friendly they we're not helpful. Luckily, I found a gentleman that had clocked out already who was still willing to assist. He is the only reason I'm giving him a three star rating.

Do not order from Homedepot.com. They partner with a delivery service called OnTrac, which is terrible. Then when things are not delivered, Homedepot.com takes no responsibility whatsoever and will not provide a refund.I am out $300 because I ordered an item from Homedepot.com, and OnTrac never delivered it. Home Depot took zero responsibility for partnering with a lousy delivery company. Beware.

If you're getting lumber you will spend the first 15 minutes walking through the parking lot like a homeless man looking for a cart. Half the aisles are partially blocked from pallets laying in the middle of them and the other half are closed for 20 minutes while they stock the shelves in the middle of day as opposed to like normal places. You are lucky if the material you are looking for is usable and not damaged by forklifts. The cashiers apparently have some kind of quota or reward system for convincing you to get a home Depot card. I had to tell the cashier multiple times that I was not interested in her credit card. Shouldn't once be enough? It really is worth the drive to drive to The Pittsburgh home Depot. Every single trip here is always a bad experience.

I was at the Home Depot in Brentwood looking for a item. I asked one of the female employees for assistance, and she said to me Me No Speak ua English ....., she did not speak English.. she did not understand anything I was saying, but she worked at the store. I know many people that can speak English and looking for work and can't find any but we have people working at Home Depot inside the store, but cannot communicate or understand anything we are staying as a consumer. How did this person even get a job or fill out an application if they don't understand read or write or speak English. I am Hispanic, and don't agree with these policies of hiring anyone that can't communicate in English. ????? So if you go to the stores of Home Depot's The workers do not speak English

Another amazing Home Depot Christmas tree selection. I just love our local Home Depot as the location is so convenient. Decided to go to Smith Family Farms in Knightson so on the way today - Tues 11/29 at 2:00 pm we stopped at Brentwood Home Depot. Game Changer!!!! Wow factor ! We walked in the Christmas Tree area and just loads off very fresh trees the staff told us were just delivered from an Oregon Tree Farm. Freshly cut, clean, great smells and perfect conditions. What an amazing experience. The 2 of us were the only ones there with 3 employees of which all acknowledged us and offered assistance. We purchased a 7-8ft Noble Fir for $109. Now my other daughter and her Bf just bought their tree last night at the lone Tree nursery just past Winco for $150 for just 6 ft. So thank you Home Depot for your awesome amazing selection. Adding pictures from both Home Depot in Martinez and Brentwood, as earlier today I was at Walmart in Martinez then to Home Depot for smoke detector batteries and was surprised at the beautiful selection of trees at reasonable prices. Then home to Brentwood and back to HD for the Christmas tree.

shop here regularly, 99.9% i received good services, today Customer services-James, who helped me in big time. James not only awesome professional, friendly, understanding, he also bring his good heart to work, thanks to the extra miles he took, I was able to finally bring home a sub-parts to my machine put the units back to function as I needed it to. Gave 2 thumbs up to James & yes I 100% recommended this business.

What happened to helping people. The employees walk past you and never ask if you need help. When you do ask they say it's not there department like they can't take 10 seconds out of there day to page someone and hep you out. I just asked for someone to check inventory waited for 15 min at that point I assumed they weren't coming back so I walked to the front and they were joking around with another employee. And when I asked if they had it they said they were still checking. Leaning against a counter and laughing doesent look much like looking to me. Bring back employees that help and know what there talking about and help

I can't believe how many workers are out in the parking lot of home Depot and a garden section. It's gotten completely out of control. They sit there all day they Park in spots where I could be parking when I get what I want out of home Depot in the garden section. And there just sitting around doing nothing. It's making me not want to come and shop at home Depot. They all come bombard me asking me if I need help I tell him no no thank you I would ask if you I would ask you if I needed it. But they are consistent and they don't listen. The manager of home Depot should take care of this problem because it looks like a ghetto down there at the home Depot. Really bad really bad for business. You think home Depot would have a little more class than that to let that continue to go on. I don't know why they can't go do that somewhere else. Get it together home Depot you're screwing up.

I wish I can give zero stars on this location why because me and my husband went there today to get stuff for our new home and went to get a paint sample which btw he did not closed the top all the way and the paint fell on their dirty "cement" floor which one of the associate asked why there was droplets of paint on their floor which I explained that the person on the paint area did not closed it all the way that causes the "accident" and she started talking to her co workers saying we need to call the manager and needs to be closed and this white guy who by the way a "customer" being a KAREN saying do not blame the painter! which btw he was not included on the conversation! nosy customer! Why because we're ASIANS?!!! this is literally Asian hate crime! So no i would not recommend this home depot to my family and friends because apparently they cannot handle the situation and looked at us like were the ones to blame!

Waiting at Home Depot for almost an hour for a pickup from an online order. No one available to help with my order. The Supervisor on duty said there are two people that should be helping but their both on break. What is wrong with his leadership skills. You have a customer waiting and not one person from the customer service desk nor supervisor made an executive decision to say hey this customer is waiting maybe I should help them with their order. Poor customer service. By the way there are many employees walking around but no one could help.
