I came to first stop on Friday spent $200 on the tire a 22-in tire for my BMW driving to work I felt like I had something in my tire took my tire back to first stop on Monday and found out it was a bubble on the inside of the brand new tire the man said he called his boss and it's no warranties on tires so if they sell you a bad tire that's on you do not go to these pictures they don't care about your safety all they care about is money if I could get them negative Stars they will receive them all the negative Stars it would be the offer do not go here

If I could give 10 stars I would! My Daughter got a flat and she has an odd size tire. Called this shop up they had the tire in stock. Drove up they took her tire got a new one on and we drove out! It was the quickest most efficient way I have ever had tire serviced!! 15 minutes at most. I also appreciate they were open on a Sunday. Sucks to get a flat on the side of the road but was so happy with the service they gave us! Thank you so much!

These guys are scam artists and bull shittersI bought new tires from them a year ago. The tires are shot. Bubbles in the front tires and the backs are already worn. Midas has never heard of the tire brandReviews are horrible. I'm now getting new tires again after this place hosed me. I hope these guys go out of business. Worse automotive place I've ever dealt withWhen I explained the situation they basically said tough shit. Buy new tires. There is no warrantyPlease share this post with everyone you know. Carla needs to come get these guys

Bad customer service and bad service overall never going back there again. Tires wires were coming out with the tire having more than half thread left and they said its normal that i need 4 new tires lol

Good local spot, small biz support!Today I needed a rim repaired on my Benz. I pulled up and was greeted by Alex.He assessed the situation and said he can handle it 2day; perfect!The communication was poor as far as the time of completion hence the missing .Aside from that minor hiccup they fixed my rim to my satisfaction.A little negotiation is always in place where it comes to 100% labor.Thanks again.

This shop is the best! Works with Teslas. Got my tires rotated tire pressure checked and added! Don't overspend at Tesla come here! Was in and out super quick. Definitely recommend:)

Alex and his employees are the best mechanics in East Contra Costa. They pay attention to detail and are very affordable. I've had brakes replaced, wheels purchased here and balanced, and other services since they were the most affordable compared to other mechanics in the area that just want to rip you off. Another thing I love about this place is that they will run a diagnostic to find out what the issue is, and if it's a simple fix or there's nothing wrong, they'll just tell you up front... unlike other mechanics out there who'll just try to nickel and dime you. Great people here.

I stopped by on Presidents' Day to order tires for my car, they were in the very next morning by 8:30 AM. I have a newborn, so I shared with them my concern of how long it would take to install the tires, and they were all very kind and accommodating. They told me I didn't have to get out of the car, they would have me done within an hour, and make it as easy as possible for me to give it I had a newborn. In addition to their customer service, they had the best prices out of three places I called. Highly recommend them for new tires.

Sigh.... I always try to give the benefit of the doubt to some of these places where you don't see a great amount of reviews, this is my second time here in the past 2 1/2 years only because the three other tire shops in my area we're all booked for a couple of days and I needed to get some tires installed on my truck. Granted they were able to fit me in on the same day, however, that shouldn't excuse the piss, poor service and horrible installation job. So I asked him how much to mount for tires on my truck and he said $140 and I told him that I would be taking my old tires with me and he said that's fine. It's the same price, OK fine, at today's rates that's probably about fair or average, which also means that you would have a qualified technician to remove the old tires, then have the technician put the tires in the back of my truck and mount to the new tires and balanced them properly as well as torquing the Lugnuts to spec which is 135 foot pounds of torque. 1st issue: So I see them installing my tires on my truck and one of the technicians, who I would assume is the manager or possibly the owner, is leaning up against my truck with his dirty clothes, and talking to a friend of his as if it were a wall and somehow that it's OK for him to lean up against, in my book that is not OK, not only are you probably leave in Grease marks (which he did) but also adding scratches to the front fender that I just had polished a week ago. 2nd issue: here they are installing the four tires and wheels on my truck, and I noticed that they didn't even bother torquing the wheels but rather they used an impact wrench and sat there for several seconds, containing each individual lug nut to whatever God awful torque, that is on those impact. Wrenches, not OK, and not even done properly as he didn't even take it down in a star pattern. 3rd issue: as I'm walking up to my vehicle I noticed that there is so much grease from their hands as well as whatever lube they use when installing the tire to the wheel it's swung everywhere on my wheel! Once you're done, wipe it off, so that it doesn't turn into a gummy mess!! I should've just played it, smart and set up an appointment with Big O Tires, America's tire, Charles Schwab, tire, any of the other above tire shops, other than this place. Trust me, go elsewhere for any other tire related issues.

I wouldn't recommend this place for an oil change even though they say they do. They do not know how to do this properly, and the probability that something will go wrong is high. They sent me to an ATM for $15 because for some reason their payment terminal stopped working, and they refused to let me bring cash tomorrow morning. The "boss" is very rude, the rest of the guys are quite friendly. I would like to note that the place itself is untidy. I have big doubts about quality and stable service here.

Worst customer service ever!!! Don't get me wrong I don't go to a tire shop and expect to be treated like royalty but you don't have to be a complete A**hole either. I ran over a nail so I pull up with a flat tire that just needs to be patched up and before the owner even looks closely at the tire he's already telling his employee that I need a new tire, I get out of the vehicle and he approaches me with a ridiculous price to change the tire with a used tire. I ask him to why he can't just patch it and he said because the tire was no good, I asked him to show me where it was bad and he just vaguely pointed at an area and said it's bald. I told him that I have less than 3 thousand miles on those tires and that it is absolutely not bald and he aggressively tells me that if I don't want to pay for a tire replacement that I need to leave . This guy is a scam artist just trying to make a quick buck by screwing his clients. Even though the price was ridiculous I would've paid for it if the tire was really bad but he was trying to force me to pay for something I didn't need just so he can make a buck. He pretty much aggressively kicked me out because I questioned him. I'm not stupid guy and I hope that people don't go to you because of my post. Stop treating people like sh**!!!
