The cut was cute but the older lady with red hair we made an appointment with was kinda rude at first when we came in and acted surprised she was cutting my 2 year olds hair for his first haircut. She was not personable and made comments like “just don’t kick me little guy, I can handle a lot but not the kicking” and he didn’t hardly move once she started but it made my little boys first hair cut not as exciting because of her negative attitude at first. She got a little nicer once she realized he was sitting still but she could’ve been nice from the beginning and the experience would’ve been better. The cut looks nice but wasn’t exactly what we asked for. She asked if I wanted to do the clippers to buzz his sides, um no that’s why we brought him to a professional, I wouldve done it at home if that was going to be the case. So my son didn’t get the cut I showed her but it’s better than it was when we brought him in. Would probably go somewhere else next time that is more accepting and welcoming of little kids from the beginning.

Times when you want a zero star rating option.
20% more expensive than Great Clips. But this review is not about money. For me, saving 15 mins is worth the extra 5 bucks.
My first hair cut in Brentwood. Great Clips had 1 hr++ waiting time. My hair cut is simplest possible and takes 5-7 mins. I thought what could go wrong. Very bad hair cut is what I got. Had to trim hair myself after getting home. Hair on side and back feel irregular and inconsistent. There were other flaws left.
Yes, I could have checked better but have never needed to check my cut at great clips. So, not in the habit.
Stay away. Go to great clips. Pay less. Wait a bit.
Bad service > no returning customers > less earnings > higher prices > continued bad service > even fewer customers.

The lady who did my hair was very kind, great customer service and conversation. I’m in cosmetology school, we chopped it up and talked about hair things… but the moment I turned around I knew my haircut was off. I was very disappointed because she said she had been doing hair for 12 years…. I’m a beginner and it looked like I did it myself… I had to go in and clean it up myself.. I’m so sad this has messed up my confidence and for 48$ my regular hair salon costs 60$ and I didn’t even get a complete blow out..

Asked the stylist( Maureen or Mimi not sure of her name, tall caucasian lady) to cut my son's hair "faded" and to please trim the top. She never said she didn't know what "faded" meant but she went ahead and just shaved my son's hair! She basically did an undercut! No consideration for the child's hair. No care whatsoever! Next time ask for the guy stylist. I was trusting she knows what she is doing. The other stylists are great but not this one!

This Supercuts ROCKS !! I would like to educate those out there in this world. Being a licensed cosmetologist myself. There is a huge difference between barbers, and cosmetologist. You can do your research on Google. Anyways my husband Fernando has been working at supercuts Brentwood location, for a few good years now. But he's been doing hair for 25+ years, and has went to one of the most finest cosmetologist schools out in Napa. He's been doing my hair for almost 10 years, and I would not let anybody else touch my hair. But him !! I trust him, he's very professional and thoroughly understands and enjoys being a hairdresser. I don't want to forget Fernando, has an awesome sense of humor too, not just saying this because he's my husband "Wink". I don't wanna forget to mention the ladies, that work at Supercuts too, they're so awesome. Maureen, Jaimie, Sandy and Mimi. What a great team, I know they're others, I haven't mentioned. For the simple fact, I haven't met them yet. The vibe is so professional, organized, clean and hospitable. Love the remodeling job that Supercuts has accomplished. Five stars !!

I love this Supercuts location! All of the stylists have great customer service. Rolanda usually takes care of my hair often and does exceptionally well and is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and consistent. She provides me with great advice and always makes me feel more confident in my hair. Definitely great for all hair types. Thank you so much Rolanda!
