Be Careful! My husband visited Super Clean Xpress Carwash on 6/10 and had an unsafe experience. The car wash machinery malfunctioned in a way that could have easily caused injury and it caused significant damage to our vehicle. The roof of our car was smashed, the trunk door damaged, and front and rear window are broken. Thankfully my husband is safe as he had to drive out of there while employees had no idea. Two days later, it is open again. Although we’ve had positive experiences in the past, we now have serious concerns about the safety and reliability.
As a result of this incident, we are now without a car and it has caused us significant inconvenience and stress. We are currently waiting for the company to address this issue and hopefully they step up and handle this situation appropriately. We strongly advise others to avoid this car wash.
