I ordered on mobile and my order was completely ignored!! I was waiting inside the store for about 30mins!! They had only 2 - 3 cars on drive thru and instead of completing our order they start to clean the store and proceed to look back at me waiting while laughing!! When I went up to them to ask them about my order they got it ready while one barista was looking back at me and the other barista while laughing again!!! Never coming here again.

My wife and I went through the drive-thru, and my wife was trying to tell them we wanted a second drink for me, and she was cut off by the barista on the intercom by telling us our total. My wife interjected, saying we wanted a second to think about what the other drink we wanted a part of our order was. After she said that, you could audibly hear all of the baristas over the intercom say "Ooooooo", in a rude way. It made us not want to come back to this one ever again.

Been there a couple times now. This starbucks has influenced me to drink more coffee from the chain. Thomas, Tasmin, and Raquel are the few I have encountered on my visits, and they were super helpful, and awesome. Thanks guys!

I don't know why there are so many bad reviews on this location? The drinks are good, staff were super nice, and it was pretty clean with great vibes. This location deserves better reviews!

I feel they need an update these locations are so dark and bland. But the coffee is good and the service is good.
