The process of finalizing the financing is a maze. It took us 5 months to consumate this purchase. Ordinary people when handling their finances properly have to save a significant down payment depending on financing options.

Updated review 6 years later : 100% not worth the price (I believe nearly 3,000 if not more in 2016) Already trading it out. It's loud....Uncomfortable if you don't put the sides down... hot mattress. The remote is extremely finicky. I am really sad with the outcome. (Called the customer line listed below and they can't help. Nice conversation though!)

Amy and Jasmine gave us superior help. We have been Sleep Number owners for over 24 years and just now need to replace our mattress. These two women were extraordinary and went far beyond the requirements to help us. Service is excellent. In today's world -- service matters!
