Great service!They mixed up 4 cans of paint right away and had us on our way in a very short period of time. Way faster than the last time on bought a can of paint at one of the big box stores

I wish Sherman Williams would stand by its product. I have my entire home, inside and out with Sherman Williams paint. One color, Black Bean, was obviously bad. We had everything professionally painted and have had no issues but that color. It peels, it scratches and after just a couple of months it has reduced all the way to the primer. NO issues with the other colors on similar surfaces and this is in ALL areas we painted with the color only. I have called, I have emailed, and no one will return my calls. After spending thousands on Sherman Williams paint and thousands more to have it painted, I now have to pay thousands again for more paint and more labor. I wish they would just stand by the product and verify that the batch I got was bad and refund me for that batch. Horrible service!

It's a paint store folks, guess what you find in there....paint. my wife is redecorating our new house and has been driving me nuts between paint colors and floors so instead of going to home depot or or lowes we went here. The employees are really wonderfull, there is so much stuff here it would take a day to get through( sort of like Disneyland for paint) so the employees

The worker named Enrique does not want to help people, he does not take the time to explain or help, it seems to me that he is in a place that does not want to do his job.
Then Enrique boddy working for Sherry Williams don't want to do it anything To help the customer

Trying to avail a free paint from the khov builder from a new house and didnt realize the thing was expired. They prepared the paint 1st then checked the card. Once she told me its expired, I told her I only need a little for touch up on interior walls so can I change to like a pint?, but this douche ENRIQUE interrupted and said "It's already made". But the young julianna said ill make you an project account to atleast give you a 15% discount. I like the customer service of juliana, but not Mr. Its made already ENRIQUE. I didnt need all of this paint SIR!!! Im trying to save

Came in last week because my contractor had recommended I use a Sherwin Williams color so where better to go than Sherwin Williams? Usually I shop Kelly Moore but I was so impressed by the service I received by Enrique. He helped me find the color I was looking for, explained the different products and helped me choose what was best for my kitchen. He was so charming and friendly, very dashing gentleman. I felt like my business was truly appreciated. I will go back again in the future, even if just to say hello and chat with him.

I brought in a sample and had it matched but when I put it on it didn't match so I called to either get it fixed and a better match or a refund of the 5 gallons that I now can't use and the manager was incredibly rude and said I can't get it fixed or a refund. What am I supposed to do with 5 gallons I can't use on my house? I've been coming here for years and now I'll be taking my service somewhere else. The manager needs some better training and he needs to learn how to talk to a customer

Walked in, greeted by a bland personality. I stated that I will paint my home in next month, but I need to establish color scheme so I could paint Garden Structures now. The guy said sure ill show you the the colors we have. I said I have a picture of the colors I'd like to get close to. The man diaplayed no interest in helping me with possible color match. I needed help like I get at Kelly Moore Paint. I didn't need to be directed to the color board i passed upon entering.. I'm a Construction Manager, and have never heard such an attempt to side step helping a customer with color selection. Why would I ever go back to Sherwin Williams of Brentwood? What a shame, because this guy's position was certainly indicative of lacking experience, or confidence. If he's a paint mixer, I strongly recommend he stay in the mixing room, as his communication skills are greatly inferior to the level of demands conducive to business dealings.

I am very impressed with the customer service I was provided by Pam Hearn in the Brentwood store today. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable, sincere and helpful, she was also able to perfect a complicated color match I needed. I am extremely grateful and will use them for all my home improvement painting needs.
