She makes sure that you have the proper coverage for all of your assets. It's very reassuring knowing you have Sandy and her team in your corner for any questions or concerns that may arise. Would you go to court by yourself with out proper representation? Then why take the risk and not have proper representation for your personal and business assets??

Okay so let me start with the fact that I am not the type of person to leave a review but Nyssa Orcutt is a legend! Not only did she work with me after hours but she was an absolute doll! For me, customer service is everything! I reached out to Lemonade and Homesite prior to reaching a LIVE person with State Farm! I didn't ask if she was wearing a red polo shirt and khakis, but whatever she was wearing made her extremely productive! It was not only a stressful time getting the little details taken care of the day before my move but she made the transition absolutely fluid. She is a STAR in my book and I'll be referring her as much as possible!

This is the best insurance experience! Nyssa is the greatest, she is always available when you need her 24/7. I got my insurance from her 3 years ago and now she is my coolest friend! I will always stay with state farm because of her! Like a good neighbor Nyssa with state farm is there.

I have had State Farm for more than 20 years. Sandra inherited me as a customer when my other agent retired. I filed a minor claim in December 2018. Neither Sandra or her office staff has provided me the assistance necessary to move my claim forward in a timely fashion, keep me informed as to it's progress, or answer many of my questions with accuracy. I'v had to make all inquiries to State Farms claims myself and discovered the ball was dropped. Sandra Shane's customer service is severely lacking. It's clear to me that as a customer with years of loyalty to State Farm, it is of no concern with this agent. Since Sandra's office is not to concerned with her customers, whats the point of an insurance agent. All I can do is express my dissatisfaction with her customer service on yelp and complain to State Farm Corporate. If your looking for quality customer service stay away from Sandra Shane at State Farm in Pleasanton Ca. Eric Fredgren Danville Ca.
