The person who helped me said there was a 7 day warranty. So I tried them on for an hour but they weren’t comfortable. I tried to return them and the lady who helped me said there’s no return policy on those. If I would’ve known that then I wouldn’t have bought them.

Purchased a new pair of boots from the store to find they had a factory defect and returned the shoes to the store. The store policy was to ship them out for repair between 4-6 weeks. Within 24 hrs the store owner returned my call to let me know that he was sorry and I could return or exchange my purchases. I explained I wanted the same boot and the size was not available. Expedited the boots Within 24hrs Wow that is awesome a owner would step in to make his customers happy. I thankbyou and look forward to doing business with you in the future!

I love my boots and my go to but your hours are bad. Maybe it's just me but I can only go on the weekends because you close in the evening. Had an emergency with my boots and I had to go to boot barn because they stay open. Seems weird to only be open when the people who wear your boots are at work. Great boots but if I can only get access to your store on weekends I might have to change who I get my boots from.

I bought a pair of work boots from this location. They required a minor alteration that I've gotten done many times in the past. The female employee took the boots to the back and after 30 minutes of waiting, she brought my boots back out. They were both ruined. She was trying to force them on me like it wasn't a big deal and I should just take them and deal with the subpar work she had done. once I insisted that she fix the problem, She notified me that I would have to come back after she re-ordered the boots a week later. This caused a serious inconvenience for me. When I returned to get the boots, I informed the service person of all the difficulties I had in dealing with this location and asked if they could do anything for me. She simply said no, with no apology, no explanation, or reason for why I received such a horrible service. Nobody who works at this store actually cares about the customer or doing a good job in general.

The employee who works on Tuesdays completely ignored us when we walked in and instead focused on keeping inventory of boots and all that. We had a voucher, but apparently it was only "available" for my friend. However, she didn't need boots and instead wanted me to use the voucher. That wasn't the issue. The issue was the employee's condescending attitude towards us as she talked us down. Like we were a waste of her time. She would focus more of her time on another customer who was looking for more expensive shoes. Fine then. Have it your way.

I've patronized this store and company going on 4 years, not anymore. The store manager here is a little no-woman, she loves to be as disagreeable and unaccommodating as possible. Well congratulations lady, you just lost a life long customer over $30 for your store. Thanks for wasting my time for coming in after speaking to someone and saying they could accommodate the insole exchange. Steer clear from this store, I most certainly will.

Wore my insoles once. Half a day on my wedding day had to take them out because they started to peel. They wouldn't return or exchange them because it's been 2 weeks. Your products are horrible quality. I used to wear the boots, but those went down hill years ago. I'm disappointed in the management for not taking care of their customers.
