Called for a tow to the tire shop. On the phone I was given a reasonable price and a very good response time IMO (45 min) for a flat bed tow. They arrived a few minutes earlier than they said they would and took good care of my car (and driveway). Courteous and professional. I would definitely use them again… but hoping I never have to. :)

Mad that they scrapped my car as I got the money to. Save to pull it out. I just needed my belongings before they did it. .. but I never got a call or notification

$300+ to be towed less than 2 miles not to mention $100 per day storage? While I obviously appreciate the assistance it a tough cash pill to swallow... added insult to injury as the car is totaled.

Fernando was a huge help! Our car broke down on an off ramp, we were at home ( 10 minutes away) when we called. First of all, no other towing company would answer the phone. Second, they are flat rate. And third he beat us back to our car. He was friendly and easy to work with. GREAT JOB!Service: Car towing

My car was stolen and found in Bay Point but for whatever reason these guys decided to take the call and tow it all the way to Brentwood even though there's dozens of other tow companies near Bay Point. Alright fine, whatever. But when I went to retrieve the stuff from my stolen car the next morning they said it was 400 to take my car back or 900 to leave it there and give it to them. That's a little weird considering tow shops usually accept cars as a donation so you don't have to pay to get the car back if you don't want it. But okay, sure. I paid the 400 dollars to take my own car back and they said I had until 10PM that day to retrieve it. Fast forward to 7pm, I go back to the yard with my family and we're told that it's past business hours so I have to wait 45 minutes for the nearest guy to come to the yard and tow our car out (Really weird considering they said I had until 10pm and said I can just get the car out my self) Thankfully the guy there-I wished I got his name- was really helpful and decided to just let us get our car back and leave after a couple minutes of confusion on both ends.Very appreciative of that. Basically, this company needs to communicate better with each other and with their customers in order to prevent any more long, stressful, and confusing ordeals like the one me and my family had to go through just to get my own stolen car back that I paid for already earlier that day.

It could have been the timing but the service was fast and done professionally. The tow technician was polite and had a smile on his face. I got a business card and will keep this business in mind if I need them again.

After confirming that they would do the tow from Antioch to Oakley, be there in about an hour. We waited 45 minutes and received a call from the driver that he could not locate the street in Antioch. As we were giving them directions they announced that they could no longer do the tow cause they got another call!! Are you kidding me! It was 90 degrees out at 3 in that afternoon. No apology no other person to call absolutely nothing but we got another call. I will never ever call this company again and advise you not too either or you'll be left hanging!

Tried to get there help to move a heavy item onto my Trailer with there flatbed tow Truck they were charging me double for a job that takes 10 minutes...They were very unreasonable and didn't care to try and help us...we are long time Discovery Bay residents I'm very dissatisfied with how they treat there customers.

I called my car's warranty company to get me a tow truck and Discovery Bay they text me that this towing service will be there within an hour and a half I wait two hours and decide to call and Fernando on the phone tells me they never sent over the insurance email so they can't come pick it up well but I'm bothered by is why wouldn't Fernando pick up the phone to call me to tell me this instead of me waiting two hours to have nothing now I have to get back in the queue system to get another tow truck out to Discovery Bay which is going to take another hour When I called to talk to him I explain to him one simple phone call to me could've helped but he just seemed lazy and didn't care and it's very frustrating to me so now I have called back my towing service and told them to send anybody but this company and that's what they're doing and saying they will be here in 35 minutes
