We bring our St Bernard, Duke, to be groomed here. He HATES being groomed, and getting him in the door and then keeping him inside usually results in my shoulder being dislocated. Duke is so comfortable here, he walks right in, and heads back with no struggle at all. So I know they take good care of him. And he always looks marvelous when they are done.
We also bring our Husky, Luna, in. As with all huskies, she makes a fuss about everything, but she comes back looking amazing, so I know they do right by her as well. Great place, great people.

If you love your animals, animals do not take them here. Xulian the owner is full of crap. He pretended to care when I brought up the situation as soon as it happened. He even offered me discount the next time we came in, so I scheduled an appointment specifically with him. Soon as I came in through the doors, they were already on defense mode. They acted like what happened to my dog was insignificant. They tried not to speak to me much. They also charge me full price and pretended that Xulian never said he would give me a discount. This place don't care about your animals. I really wanted it to work because they live close by. It's not worth it for what they put my dog through. He hates coming over here and now has anxiety.

They are amazing! We bring my mom’s cat here for nail trims because she really freaks out when we try. She has an extra set of nails on her front paws that grow out of her pads up towards her other nails. They are so gentle and fantastic at getting her calm and getting the job done.

They made a mistake setting up an appointment that I paid a $25 deposit on. I was fine with rescheduling the appointment due to their oversight... BUT THEN they tell me I have lost my deposit.Cue a very incredulous moment.I hope they are happy losing a financially comfortable customer that was looking forward to many years and thousands of dollars of business... All over a TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS deposit.Glad I found out now instead of later that they don't care about the customer or pet... Just the cash register in an shockingly ill conceived manner.Their loss

My pup Teddy gets the best care here. The team is great at recommending services, especially since this was our first dog needing to be groomed. He always looks fantastic and smells wonderful! I love that you can see most of the shop at drop off. I've witnessed the team interacting with the pets with so much love and kindness, it really makes me feel confident my pup is safe and loved.

My dog loves going there and getting his grooming on . He looks so handsome when he is done. He can't wait to get home and show off. The groomer there is the best, she is friendly and personable or should I say "apoochable" lol!

The ladies here are amazing always take care of my baby! They're efficient and just adore our dog. Very communicative throughout the whole process we recently moved to the area and have now found our permanent groomer! Thank you!

I coudn't find a better place in Brentwood to take my dog, very good service and a very nice haircut for my dog, and smells awesome!! very nice enviroment and very friendly staff, thank you Xulian and Daicha!! excellent groomers!!!!

My husband called and was able to be seen right away without an appointment. Also my husband was able to get a quote over the phone and they kept the price when it came for pick up. My Yoshi Bear which is a Shiba Inu to get a bath and nail trim. He spent 3 hours there but so worth it. We only spent $65. The staff was very kind and took care of him like a prince. This place is also affordable. Will take my dog here again.

Extremely happy with our Standard Schnauzer's cut by Xavier!! Super clean space, personable groomers, and they loved on our pup, Luna, the moment we walked in. We will be back!!
