Easy to rent a spot and super close to the Orwood Resort so only a few minutes from being on the delta.

Worst tenant relations. Their doors would jam regularly and they try to blame the renter for these issues. I would avoid the place if possible.

Wonderful. Cleaner and neater. Met a nice young man making sure there was no trash around. Met Rick who went out of his way to make accommodations for us.

I stored my car while I used my RV. Came back to find the gardeners used a weed whacker behind my car. Sprayed it with grass and rocks. Damaged my paint. Rick, one of the owners told me that it was not their problem. I disagreed since their gardener did it. He did say, he was sorry it happened, which to me sounds like: I am sorry you are bleeding after you punch someone. He wasn't even willing to say he will talk to his gardener...which of course proves as to why someone would feel this emboldened to do something so needlessly callous. I told him that $80.-(one month rent) would satisfy me... as compared to wanting my bumper repaired. Rick said NO, otherwise whats next: A cover blows away and we are liable (he REALLY said that). I have moved out. They got a second star because the woman in the office is really nice.

Had my boat stored here for the last 5 years. The new owners have done an AWESOME job! They put in a bunch of rock, cleaned the place up and made it so much better.
