The trainers were great, I really liked the program but my schedule changed and it was too hard for me to continue. I followed their instructions to cancel online (I have the confirmation email of the cancellation) in October 2023. Fast forward in February I realized they were still charging me, I reached out, forwarded the email to the sales team on February 9th while I was on the phone with them. They told me a manager had to process the refund, I’ve called/emailed once a week since and STILL have not heard from a manager. I’ve been told the manager was out of town, the manager has it on their to do list. It’s been a month and I haven’t been contacted. I’ve resorted to opening a claim with my credit card company because OT is clearly avoiding the refund.

My 1st free class was with SONIA! When I tell you I can feel her passion for her job thats exactly the energy she brought okaayyyy! Her alone sold me to come and join OT! Loved the class and loved the energy! Cant wait to be in your classes Sonia

Feeling Energetic. I just started OT after 1 year of retirement of a 40 year sedentary job. It was time! After a few sessions I feel better, doing more and the bonus sleeping better!Glad my friend Pam from So Cal suggested I try it. Glad I did. Looking forward to next session and the benefits they will bring.❤️?

Hi Chris! I heard you were the studio manager. Since you don’t respond to emails and charge members for no-shows when they were actually in class I guess this is the only way to get in touch with you. I sent two emails letting you know that I was in fact in the class and actually was in the picture after class for that day. You didn’t bother to respond but had one of the front desk girls charge me a second time after I filed a charge back dispute with my bank. I’m not sure if it’s laziness, unprofessionalism or simply trying to charge members extra fees but it is completely unacceptable. Do better. You don’t deserve to be a studio manager.I’ve been to countless studios throughout California and Nevada and this studio by far ranks the lowest I’ve been to. There are a couple of good coaches but unfortunately, Chris is not very good at that either.

Worst experience with a gym membership in my life! They nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING!!! if you can dream it, they will find a way to charge it!they give you “one free class”. (Wink wink) then when you sign up for the membership, you have to purchase your own bracelet, it is not included. Well this bracelet, this little cheap heart monitor is over $100. Whatever you do, don’t forget your bracelet if you go to class and you would like to track your points. They will charge you $10 on top of your class fee. They don’t offer towels. But you can buy one! (Insert smile!) There are no guest passes, or visitor passes at all! Guests/visitors have to pay the full amount for the class which is outrageous. Then they tell you that there is a 30 day membership cancellation policy. What they don’t tell you is that they actually charge you through the end of your current billing cycle and then you’re charged for an additional 30 days. Do the math, that can be up to two months if you cancel in the beginning of your current billing cycle. This place is a total rip off. No family packages, if me and my husband and son wanted to join Orange Theory it would’ve cost us $500. BUYER BEWARE

The absolute worst communication from the manager Chris. My membership was on hold with form filled out along with a doctor letter- when speaking to Chris in Feb he assured he spoke to “corporate” and refund would be processed…. Not only has it not been processed I was then charged for March also!!!!! The last time I have been able to speak to Chris has been March…… it’s now mid July and call weekly and Everytime I’m told he is either not there, in a meeting or on lunch and will “call me back” I’m still waiting on his call back. I’m due over $400 back and is unacceptable to still be waiting for this refund.Unfortunately due to the lack of communication I would absolutely NOT recommend this gym. I’m sure they wouldn’t let me use the gym if my payment wasn’t on time yet I have to wait MONTHS for my refund…..I attended classes in Pacifica however unfortunately for the Brentwood location Chris is the manager of both

First experience.. terrible. Members from out of town encouraged me to come back and try a different coach. I'm glad I did because that changed my outlook dramatically. Go take classes with Marci, we like Marci. I just couldn't justify the pricing to sign up at this moment. Maybe in the future when there are more funds rolling in. I do feel stronger just from a few classes though. They also have good class times for the younger working crowd. I've been struggling to find that elsewhere.

OrangeTheory is hands down the best workout I’ve ever done! The coaches (especially Marci and Tiffany) and their awesome music selections motivate me to push myself harder than I ever have before… I come out of every class DRENCHED in sweat! The membership cost isn’t cheap… it’s waaaaaay more than I’ve ever paid for a gym membership, but I actually use this membership consistently. I don’t have to drag myself to the gym anymore… I actually look forward to every workout! The front desk staff is also super welcoming and helpful… they welcome me by name every day and reserve my favorite spot for me when I book my classes in advance. If you want to get a great workout and have fun doing it, I highly recommend OrangeTheory Brentwood!

Been coming to various Orange Theory locations for about a year. This one is good because I've noticed the rowers and treadmills have more space between them than other locations. The main coaches are very good and I have noticed improvements over time - which shows they are motivated to get better. It's very clean. Bathrooms and shower rooms are always very clean and stocked. I have never noticed anything like soap or paper towels ever being out. Workout floor is always clean and coaches provide a steady supply of wipes to keep equipment clean. I've read some of the 1-star reviews, and as a regular attendee to the Brentwood location - I have no idea what they are talking about. The front desk staff have never, ever been rude and are always helpful and kind. There are always classes available. I never see a waitlist on the app. Coaches are engaging and motivating throughout the entire class. Finally and most importantly, the workouts are amazing and fun! Coaches push and motivate to get faster and stronger! I've never felt more physically and mentally fit in my life!

TERRIBLE customer service. Front staff are rude and they make new customers feel completely unwelcome. My sister couldn't get her first free class because she arrived 13 minutes early instead of 15 minutes early so she can get her introduction talk with the coach, they told her she needed to leave and come back another day and completely ignored her when my sister tried asking questions. Coming here for almost a year, I decided to cancel my membership that day because they started to get disrespectful with me for defending my sister. Almost 10 minutes of going back and forth on why she couldn't be in the class.... They could've taken those 10 minutes and just sent her with the coach? Why waste our time ? Also even though I was there on time before the class started, I didn't want to join the class that day as they had already ruined my evening, and who wants to work out like that? I told them " I am here but I won't be joining the class today" They still proceeded to charge me the "No - Show Fee". Which I knew they would try to so I locked my card before they even had the chance to charge me. Like what? Why would I want to work out when you have ruined mine and my sisters day? And you want to charge me the now show? They definitely need to be trained better. They have no idea how to talk to people in a civilized manner. AVOID. Will be taking my business somewhere else. Train the front desk a bit more of customer service. Do better
