Claimed they out new rotors on my front wheels, but i noticed steering vibration when braking. I took it back and they said there’s nothing hey can do. So i go to Big O and they said there’s no way these are new rotors. They are literally below spec
This place is shady AF and im proof. They also did this to me after spending thousands of dollars with them. Never again.

I called the same day I had a muffler issue and they fit me in the same day and it was fixed in two hours. Also I felt it was a great price.

Great customer service from the second you walk through the door, had a lot of suspension issues with my car that i was none the wiser to know about and after getting it aligned Mario was able to give me a pretty detailed explanation of just how much of a dumpster fire it was ? Gonna have to spend more money getting it fixed but I am glad theyre not the type of people to just "fix it" and tack on 300$. All in all very receptive and can give you bad news without trying to make a selling point on extra services. He actually gave me a recommendation on a first step to solving my car issues. Thanks guys

I will say I had a great experience there. I like how they did my brakes. They really did a good job. I will always keep going there. I recommend this place better than the dealer.

I've been coming here for 10 years for all different exhaust work everytime I got another vehicle (brought in at least 6 vehicles) and they have always done an awesome job and gave me exactly what I wanted. Its not the cheapest place to go but you get what you pay for here. I see exhaust all the time where both sides don't match or angles are wrong, and these guys always made sure it looks as good as it sounds

Called hoping to get my brakes inspected same day. The helpful lady got me in right away. They confirmed my need for new brake pads and was able to get the repair finished before the day was over.Would gladly recommend them!

I've taken 2 of my cars here in the past for both exhaust work and alignments, and this shop has always done amazing work and I will give them that. They are the only shop out of many that I have went to that will do alignments on my lowered cars, and they always do an awesome job with prices in the past that used to be fair. Their exhaust work is great too and their welds are always great and not rushed. As of today (June 8th 2023) I will no longer be bringing my car here for exhaust work. I don't know what exactly happened to the low prices I used to pay but today was mind blowing. For a magnaflow muffler which is listed at 115$ on magnaflows website (I was charged 175$) and a resonator delete, I expected to pay no more than 300$ as that's what I'm used to being quoted from my previous times coming here, considering labor and the piping, but boy was I wrong. Upon getting my quote today I was hit with a whopping 570$ quote for an exhaust job that took an hour. WHAT! I get that everything has gone up in price lately and parts are getting harder to find but.... come on. I felt like I was robbed. Yeah the work they did on my car today was pretty good and the welds are smooth but for 570$ I could've taken myself somewhere else for cheaper with the same result. Their sister shop that is right down the street is no better because while they were working on my car I walked down there to see what their quote would be and they said 800$, I don't know about you guys but that's a little ridiculous. Y'all lost my business.

After I drove over a carjack, my car was severely damaged. After all was done, fixing the exhaust was my last stop. I went by Brentwood muffler and repair to check it out, and they sent me to Oakley muffler and repair, their sister shop. I explained to them what has happened and need to see if my exhaust is damaged. The put the car on the lift and explained to me that the muffler was not damaged during the accident. I offered to pay for putting the car on the lift and they insisted that it's part of their customer service. The car did not need to be fixed at all. So, they made no money from me. Even after considering that, they still didn't charge me a dime. Good people and a great shop. If I ever need any mufflers in the future, I know where I'm going. You're customer service has won me over. Bravo guys!
