Talk about a 10 out of 10. This woman could not do anything more to impress us. She really leads you through every step of the process - whether you're buying or selling or both! Her passion for real estate really shows. She helped us sell our previous home AND buy our current home in all that was the 2021 red hot market craziness. She is patient and really works to lead you to what is best for YOU and your family! And on top of that no matter how busy she is, she makes time and works her hardest for you. Whether it's helping you get your home ready to show or her showing you as many homes as you need to see without ever feeling pressured. Even after the sale; she treats you like family.You can't go wrong with Marianne. What more can you ask for? She's truly the BEST out there!

We went with Marianne as our property manager in Jan 2022. Why? This review by Gaurav G stood out for me "Marianne has been managing our rental property for over 5 years. She is awesome ... nuff said."So once I read that, I had to meet with Marianne. My wife and I met with her and another property management team. What's crazy is that we met that other team that day, and we were blown away. I told my wife, "Marianne has to blow us away to choose her over the other team." But even before the meeting, I was texting back and forth with Marianne, and we had so many things in common with what we expect of each other with the service, her previous residence of living in San Jose and now in Contra Costa, so I felt like a match made in heaven (cheesy as it sounds).I saw Marianne's expertise, be it as a property manager, giving us tips on what we need to prepare for the house rental, the electrical of the home, etc. Marianne is one stop shop; our home needed clean up inside, the landscape outside, and some handyman work to install the washer and dryer as the drainage was broken. She helped take care of all that and got us the best service pricing. Owning a home is scary, and renting out your home to strangers is terrifying, but when you have a property manager who is a straight shooter, all that anxiety goes away, and I can set it and forget it. We love Marianne!

We've used Marianne as our realtor to sell our last home and for our past two home purchases. Home buying can be a stressful process, but I am assured Marianne takes the brunt of it and keeps the process as simple as possible for us. She is always two steps ahead of everyone. She understands her industry well. And often thinks of things that a homebuyer might not and shares her insight. I am so thankful to know I have a realtor I can trust! If she said do it, we did, and her suggestions paid off! With each home buying process, we only wrote one offer on each house we bought with Marianne. She knows how to write a clean offer! Each offer was accepted and we got the home we wanted, first try! The house we sold with Marianne sold for $27k over asking on the first open house! Marianne knows what she's doing and won't waste your time! Your best interest is her first priority! Her business first attitude really pays off!
