The staff is so helpful they helped me with my custom home build and what a convenience it was to have them involved!Thank you

I wish I didn't have to write a bad review. I ordered 9 interior doors and door trim. They did a good job on the interior doors matching the existing. They also were quick to get the doors done and delivered. When I placed the order the interior doors I ask for a quote for a few exterior doors which I was told. Yes we are working on the quotes, 2 weeks have passed and I have followed up with a few calls and was told over and over they were working on it. Well I can't wait until they feel like giving me a quote. My customers are very important to me. Not every company feels the same way.! On to a reliable company.

It's been about 8 or 9 years since I was a customer and quite frankly I was a difficult customer, very ignorant on types of things I needed, they sold me what "I" told them "I" needed, which turned out to be wrong even though they tried to steer me in the right direction; but despite my rudeness and being difficult they all handled me with extreme professionalism, I never got a chance to apologize for my despicable attitude. I am now doing a project and would love to go back but I'm that embarrassed I hesitate. BUT, I HIGHLY recommend these people, they are lovely human beings who go over and above the call of duty to help each customer BIG & SMALL, I was small potatoes, but they treated me like I was royalty, seriously, spend your money with these guys, they know their stuff and prices are extremely competitive!! Remember your stress should never be taken out on people trying to help you. It's stressful remodeling or building a home but remember to "BE KIND, everybody's going through something and it's not all about you."

I would never use this company for any projects. They obviously don't take Covid seriously. One of the employees verbally assaulted my child while we were driving by last week. My daughter was recently diagnosed with Covid and was wearing a mask in our vehicle, their technician drove by and yelled and screamed at her "why is she wearing a mask?", as his light turned green. The owners seem to be non-responsive on the issue as if they condone that type of behavior. It's shocking quite frankly that they would allow a man to scream at a little girl. Find a different company for your trim and molding needs., there are many other businesses out there that do a great job with molding and trim work.

We ordered some new exterior doors and hardware and only had a small window of time for install due to the house getting painted. Of course our chain supply issues cropped up but Tracy went to the wall to get them delivered for us. Installation by their referral, Adam from next level solutions and crew went flawlessly and we are so thankful that we have quality small businesses here in Brentwood. I will post a photo once the paint is complete. A++ all around!

Best shop in the East Bay. Despite my being a run of the mill do it yourselfer, they have always been extremely helpful in every project I've taken on. Knowledgeable staff, top notch service, and the best prices bar none. They need a 6th star

These guys are the best! So thankful my contractor recommended I check them out vs. the big box store. Not only were they super helpful with recommendations, but they were quick to pull the order and delivered same day. Thank you Mario! Excellent customer service and love supporting the local shops! Worked with Bari and Traci who were both super helpful and friendly. I especially love using a local business over big box store and they can get any hardware you could want! I purchased new pills and knobs to update the kitchen and love them. The order arrived quickly and their customer service is on point. Highly recommend checking out this shop!!

Went in on Wednesday afternoon looking for a solid core interior door for a bedroom. Lowe's and the Orange Box had given us a 6-8 week order time. Came here on chance to see what their price would be and turn around. Their price was only $25 more than the others, but they could have it ready in 3-4 days!! Well, Thursday morning before noon, Tracy called and said it was ready for pick-up! I was amazed! When I arrived they loaded it and the casing I ordered and I even picked up some samples of Crown and Chair rail mouldings for other projects in our home!

Big thanks to The Moulding Shop. I was finishing up a project when I realized I was about 8 feet short. I ran over to where I bought it and they had none left. They recommended the Moulding Shop and gave me directions. Even though what I needed was such a small qty, they gave me great service and had exactly what I needed. Great service, and a great find for future needs.

I was referred by a family friend to The Molding Shop. So I was extremely surprised when I called and the person answering the phone was very unpleasant. She seemed bothered by my called and when I told her what I was looking for and when I needed the product she said, "No I can't do that." I ended up hanging the phone up and called the Molding Company in Santa Clara, and they provided great customer service and wanted my business.

Superior friendly service. The owners are very helpful professional and personable, even for retail customers such as myself. They have provided guidance, advice and quality product over the course of my years long renovation of my old ranch style house. Front door painted and perfectly retro fitted (see pic)
