Great experience having a window replaced by Rose & Sons Glass. Dan stopped by to give us an estimate the same day I called. Price is very reasonable. Within a week the window was replaced. Very professional and courteous.

Had to have a 46x46 piece of sheet glass cut for the exterior portion of a stained glass project i was working on. They accurately cut me what I needed and loaded it into my vehicle. Fast and efficient. Glad to support local businesses.

Call this company because Years ago I'm guessing when his father had the business, it was very good but that's when his father had it.. in the 70's or 80's.. , .. So I called , he did call back the next day , and sent him a picture of what I needed.. 2 days went by, and Never heard back , I guess I should have read the reviews ( Not Reliable ) than I get a email from " Anderson windows " guess "Rose & Son" Doesn't want to work anymore... if he had any Business sense he , himself should have Refer me to to another company...

Never bothered to call back and set up a time to come and give an estimate. If the job is too small, too large or cant do for whatever reason just say so. So unprofessional to blow off potential customers.

I contacted them after a client informed me of a bad window in their home. After a few days, my client contact me and said nobody had called her yet so I called Rose, again, and David said he'd give her a call. Someone went out to bid the window. Gave them the OK to complete the window and several weeks has gone by and nothing so my client called Rose to see what was up and when the window would be done and whoever answered the phone said they would need to locate the file. Sorry, it shouldn't be this difficult. If you want my business, great. If not, just say so and don't wast my time.
