I didn't go get service from him but just by dealing with the manager it makes me never wanna go thier I parked my car near his shop the mexican store next to it and I'm 98% my car got overspray from his shop he told me it was from a tree so I went to another body shop ND told me it was overspray the store next to it had the same overspray Dat my car did and he didn't even wanna look at it I just wanted my car detail but he said your wasting my time that's poor management to me.

We highly recommend them! They are a local Family owned business. We had to have our vehicle repaired after an accident that now made the car a salvaged title. Micheals' was amazing service all in all 100 percent satisfied with their fast detailed work and excellent customer service. They are A family owned business in down town Brentwood.. Pablo amd his daughter Diana took care of me with the up most best service. I will be referring my friends and family to them no doubt it for the years to come!

I brought our truck here due to a minor fender bender. Though the place says Michael's Custom Restoration there is a big sign out front that says Pablo's so I think maybe this place has new ownership but I'm not really sure. No one named Michael seems to works there and Pablo is the owner. When you call frequently no one answers. When you do get someone they just say "hello" when they answer the phone. They don't say the name of the business, like a normal company, so you never know if you are calling the correct place. Usually like his wife or I guess his kid answers the phone. It's totally disorganized. If you don't get through it goes to a voice mailbox that is completely full so you can't leave a message. I honestly had no faith this place would be able to do a thorough check of our very expensive Toyota. It does not even seem like they have the capability to do a real good diagnostic on a car. When I had the car dropped off he never called me to follow up I had to call him to find out what the status was. He just let the truck sit there. He said he needed to speak to us in person so we drove all the way over there to just say the same stuff we said on the phone. He did not seem like he even really knew what to do with our truck because the damage was not completely visible to the eye. He just did not really seem to have the skills needed. We just should have gone to a certified Toyota place that knows what to look for and how to check if the frame is bent. Finally he said it would be WEEKS before he could even fix the car. So we gave up on him and took the car. We will be taking it to a certified Toyota repair dealer. Not to this disorganized place.

Michael's auto body did a great job on my truck! I had a large dent on my door from someone backing into me. They got it looking new, paint match was excellent also repaired a little bit of rust. Very very happy with the repairs I had done. Excellent prices as well. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to get body work done.

I have been here three times now for both dent repair, paint and replacement of bumpers. Their service is great and they are much more affordable then many of the places in the area. If you're looking for a good deal on your repairs contact them. They always work with me on drop off times as I have a busy schedule with Work and kids.
