“We had Lift and Transfer Specialists install a track and Sure Hands harness in our master bed and bath in the spring of 2022. Since then, we have needed to call them for repairs 3 times and in all 3 times, service has been excellent. They respond immediately and one time helped us reset the remote control after we got it into a weird state, and the other two times had our lift repaired within 24 hours. One repair was to fix the wheel that runs along the track because we had bought a used motor assembly and the wheel had reached the end of its life. The second repair was because we jammed the motor with one of the hanging cords and blew the circuit board (tip - cut the red cord short so you won't have this problem). The SureHands harness is wonderful. It's great for enabling a partially abled person to get in and out of the harness himself and also for caregivers to be able to change diapers on a person who cannot stand; it's so much easier than transferring to a bed to do it.”
