I contacted Matt to get an idea of what might have been damaged on my computer from faulty electrical wiring. I needed a quote for a court case and an idea of how much it was going to cost me to fix my IMAC. Matt was incredibly responsive and helpful. He let me know a way to back up the data myself and save some money. He told me what he thought the main issue was, and sent a detailed quote right away with the amount the repair would cost. What surprised me even more is that he even suggested a trying a used replacement instead of having it repaired. He emailed me a link of a good replacement for a cost a bit less than the repair would cost me. That was so above and beyond. I'm so appreciative and would definitely recommend Matt and trust him myself with repairs.

I recently had Matt (Matt's Computer Services) over for a long list of things I needed help with, such as installing a Roku to a TV, adding an email account, and solving other problems with apps that I had with my iPhone and iPad.Excellent service: Matt was on time, as usual; and he thoroughly explained what he had done and answered all my questions so I could easily understand. I called Matt for a computer repair at my home. When I called it was after hours and he answered. He helped me over the phone for a 1/2 hour and we got the computer up and running they way it should. I will always use Matt for now on for my home and my business computer. Thank you again Matt. Rick

Matt is a true professional, he possesses up-to-date knowledge, reliable, and communicative. I recently built a brand new computer with some decent gaming parts. I am somewhat tech savvy but definitely no pro. When I finally finished with the build, I had issues with random restarts and could not figure out what was going on. I physically reinstalled everything and replugged all the wires, but no joy. After hours of research and days of frustration, I finally called Matt for assistance. Matt was extremely friendly and spared 5-10 minutes by giving me free troubleshooting tips. After a few more tries, I decided to ask Matt to take over Not only Matt was willing to meet me at his office after-hours, he immediately started the diagnostic. Within 2 days, Matt was able to identify the problem and had my computer fixed. I am very thankful for Matt and his professionalism. I'm glad he's a local shop but I hope I will never have to see him again (for good reasons of course)!

Called Matt to see if he could look at my daughters laptop that stopped working. I took it to him and he was able to diagnose the problem, unfortunately it would cost more to fix then what the laptop was worth. He didn't charge me for the diagnostic service. I will definitely call him again the next time I need anything computer related. He's very knowledgeable and professional, thanks Matt!!

I highly recommend going to Matt for your computer related situations! I wanted to upgrade my PC and he helped me for like 2 weeks through emails to get all the correct parts! He's super patient and very friendly!!! And I just absolutely love how my PC turned out! He was also very quick only took him 2 days!!!!

It can be nerve wracking to find a computer repair person or company you can trust. I contacted Matt based on his reviews and was pleasantly surprised to find he is a former student of mine who has gone on to graduate college and complete his MBA. Although my computer was not fixable, Matt was able to extract the files and advise me on my new computer purchase. His price was reasonable, and he had the work completed within 24 hours. I am happy to find a reliable, trustworthy, and knowledgeable resource for future computer needs.

Matt was great. Came to me to pick up my computer even after I offered to drive to him. Explained everything in simple easy terms. Got the hard part I needed for my computer and fixed it in a faster time than I expected. Would highly recommend his services.
