John was super helpful and a pleasure to do business with! We haven’t bought a new mattress in quite some time and had no idea where to start. He had us use the sleepmatch technology which showed us what mattress firmness was best for us and gave us a great starting place. He even offered us cold beverages and snacks while we were shopping around for a new mattress. Very quick and painless buying experience. Would definitely recommend and we will be coming back for our next mattress as well!

I wanted to share our experience at Mancini sleep world Brentwood …. we met with Daniel, He was very friendly, warm and Knowledgeable , no pressure sales ! Awesome customer service and they treat you like family and show you respect, I appreciate this nowadays. so if you’re looking for a new bed, you should give Mancini’s Sleep World in Brentwood a try I know you won’t be disappointed. and don’t forget you wanna ask for Daniel he’s a great guy. Daniel did a great job of showing us mattresses in a variety of price ranges and explaining the pros and cons of the different types. Whether memory foam, hybrid, traditional coil or other he never revealed a bias toward one category or another. His main focus was our comfort and was very good about observing our price range. The best thing about Daniel's approach was that it wasn't "hard sell". He asked questions, listened to our answers, showed us appropriate products and left us to make our decision. Overall a great experience.
