Had a great experience here. Andrea was so calm and nice. She did a wonderful job with my son's haircut. Exactly what I asked for. $25, cash only. There's a movie playing and they get to pick any car to sit in during their cut. We'll be back!

My son hates haircuts he usually cries the whole time. The ladies here are so patient with him and know exactly what to do to get him to hold still long enough to get the job done. And for as much as he squirms and tries to get away they do a good job.Service: Haircut

I had a really good experience here with my son. He is 2 and on the autism spectrum, and I was worried about how his first professional haircut would go. Andrea did a great job with him. I showed her some pictures of what I wanted and didn’t want, and my son’s hair turned out perfect! She worked very gently and efficiently. He enjoyed sitting in the little fire truck seat, watching a movie, and getting a lollipop at the end. It’s such a relief to know I’ve found a place I can trust! We will definitely be back.

Have brought my 3 year old son here a couple times and finally brought my 1 year old son. Good place for simple and quick cuts for your Littles. They also give a certificate with photos & hair for your first ones cut! (Extra fee of course). I personally don't mind their appointments rules. Lollipops in the end are a plus too!

Brought my son for his first haircut. He’s under 2 and was terrified and cried, I had to hold him on my lap while the stylist trimmed his hair. She prompted how to hold him to not cut him. Although he gave us a struggle, she was patient and completed the haircut. The haircut isn’t perfection as to be expected with a moving/active toddler, but looks decent. & as soon as we got back from getting cash to pay from the ATM (they accept cash only) he looked in the mirror and gave himself a kiss! Happy he approved of his new look! Hoping as my son gets older he’ll make it easier on us.Thank you lollipop haircut shop for his very first haircut, and certificate that included a bit of his hair and a photo. & a lollipop.Services: Haircut

Greta experience Patient with my 2 year old. They don't give the best cut but better then a moms cut and for sure a nicer experience.

This place ruined my daughters hair and when we told them the length she wanted it, they still kept on going and chopping her hair, and another time when I was 5 minuets late to my other daughters appointment these peoplesaid that they canceled her appointment overall horrible.

The customer service is very bad. At the last-minute, they cancelled/rescheduled our appointment to a later time in the day stating that their "hairstylist" had called in sick. The newly proposed time was set to 5 hours after the original. We took it because we really needed a cut before a big event. On our way there, we faced a bit of traffic. I gave them a courtesy call to share that we would be 3-5 minutes late. Apparently, our 3-5 minute delay would have thrown the "hairstylist's" entire schedule off, so she cancelled our appointment. Such a joke. We will never go to this place again.

Andrea was amazing and very patient with our son. I definitely will be booking our next haircut with her. This place is super clean and very friendly. Highly recommend you take your little ones there for a haircut.

This used to be a 5 star review for me !! I've been coming here every 6-8 weeks almost on the dot for my sons haircuts for over a year. Quite a few of the awesome ladies there have cut his hair and he's not the most cooperative (sensory issues) but they always get the job done and looks amazing ! However, today was our second encounter with Andrea and I'm just baffled at the hostility that took place during my sons haircut today. First off she went too far up on the front of his hairline, I said to myself "ok hopefully it's at least straight, it's hair it'll grow quick" but she decided to "line up" the front of his head completely crooked (one line started at the middle of his eyebrow and the other ended past his temple) I attached a picture I took of it and my son looks scared since she was getting in my face and blaming my son for "not sitting up at straight" this was THEE best he has EVER been for a haircut ! No whining, no pulling away, nothing!! And he's 2.5! I told her he's 2! You cut kids hair what do you expect ?? I was then told that bc they are kids they don't expect perfection there lol. I just was over it at this point and went to get my son down and stated out loud she was scaring my son and that I wasn't about to swing on her since I am pregnant and my son is right here ! This ended up with her refusing to fix my sons hair, putting her clippers down aggressively, rolling up her sleeves and putting her hair up like she was gonna fight me The manager (I didn't get her name but she was very nice) then finally stepped in and fixed my sons hair the best she could, and didn't charge me. I have no problem paying for his haircut but the hostility my son witnessed today was not okay in any way so unfortunately I don't think we will be back. Looks like we will have to travel further for his haircuts now. Need Per the owners response; Not really sure how camera footage showed that I was in the wrong in anyway since I never approached her in any way or displayed any sort of body language that I was going to harm her lol. However the fact that you're keeping an employee that literally tried to fight a pregnant customer is pretty amazing to myself and all my family/friends that USED to bring their children here, but to each their own. Karma is a blessing. Also for the traumatic language and actions that were displayed by your employee. For 2 weeks my son couldn't stop talking about how he was scared of haircut place. Side note as well his haircut was okay but the lineup was definitely not straight even when we left and was way too high up and as it grows out you can still see how uneven it is. This establishment has really gone downhill.

There was a big rig parked right in front of the store and it caused a traffic jam for people getting in and out of the parking lot. My appointment was at 1:40 PM and I was three minutes late and the lady canceled my appointment. I called her from the parking lot letting her know I will be there in a matter of minutes. She didn't even allow me to explain what was happening right outside her store in front of her very own eyes. She simply canceled and said she could not give my son a haircut. So that's a big fat no for them. My son has gotten haircuts there before but only when I couldn't take him to his actual shop. The haircuts aren't that great anyway so no big loss. When checking the reviews on yelp always sort by the newest reviews. This place must've been great at some point but as you can see not so much lately. Good luck!

First time taking my 4 year old daughter to Lollipop for her haircut. The whole experience was underwhelming compared to a different establishment we have taken her to. We were the only appointment there, staff could care less, not personable and busy talking amongst themselves. We were in and out within 10-15 mins tops. They did not shampoo my daughters hair which I thought was odd. The lady sprayed it, cut it and partially blow dried it, did not even use a leave in conditioner while she was brushing through the tangles. Heard great things about this place and really wanted to love it but it was not the case for us.
