The store is never open. The phone doesn’t work either. Just says call failed. They are supposed to be open every day even weekends which the sign promotes now open Sundays lol. That hasn’t been once yet. And they always have a note up that says closed due to no staff. Thanks for never being reliable!

I miss the old days when their employees would be helpful or at least ask if I could use help. I have been in three times in the past two weeks to grab paint swatches for a kitchen project. All three times no one has offered to help me or see if I have questions. I could see if they were busy but on my last visit, there were three workers who just talked amongst themselves.

Would it be so hard for them to offer paint samples in smaller containers? You can only get quarts as samples which is such a waste considering you're only going to use a minuscule amount to see if you like it. At least you used to be able to get the sample free with a coupon, but now it's $10. What a rip.

Wanted a gallon of paint color matched. Was told at 2:05pm Saturday that I would have to wait till Monday because they closed at 4pm. YOU ARE KIDDING ME RIGHT? YOU ARE A @!#$&*() PAINT STORE! Forget this place! Lowes had me a gallon of colored paint in 5 minutes!!!!!

While some reviews listed here clearly give the impression that certain customers leave reviews based on grudges of ex employee family members... I will not! Kelly-moore paints located in Brentwood has 3 things going for it. The Staff, Customer service and flexibilty with our company needs. Adam is a well coordinated manager that leads his team to match his customers request and fulfill massive orders to meet the high demand of its customers. Our company had worked with Kelly-Moore for years and has no intentions of changing course. -Zamora Painting

Super lazy employees and horrible customer service. I asked for a specific time on how long it would take to match my paint and the woman just told me a while. So I asked again for a specific time and she said about a couple hours. It's literally white paint I don't know why it would take two hours to paint match it when Home Depot takes five minutes. Definitely don't recommend this specific Kelly Moore.

Customer service was terrible... well at least w/ the gentleman that serviced me. Came into the store asking for two paints and was given attitude. When checking out I asked for a particular discount and was met w/ a "great I gotta do all over again". Pulled out my card and before he saw anything he asked me "Is that your card that you're swiping?" asked for identification and my names on the cards.

Went in to purchase a couple gallons of paint and the older man who was working there was so rude and had no interest in helping us at all. Walked out and will never walk back in. We had purchased paint there before and the service was lacking then but this was the last straw.

I love this paint. No splatter, covers and lasts. I painted a bathroom and the pipes in the wall burst and had a slow leak for at least a week. I found leak because the rug was wet in the bath. The paint didn't peel, Crack or fail in any way at all.

Unfortunately I have to give Kelly-Moore 0000 Stars. I went there a few days ago and got help from a young lady. I came in with a can of Satin paint can to help me buy some paint. I thought she could match the paint from the drippings on the side of the can. Anyway, she looked at the paint can and said, "I think this is more of a flat paint rather than Satin. Then she gave a call later it's more eggshell. So I picked the can of paint went home and started painting. So Started painting whew! wrong color. So the next day I went back to Kelly-Moore and was helped by the Manager named Allen R. I told him that the paint did not match the paint I brought in. So he asked me "where is the can." I told him I threw away due to his staff supposedly matched my paint. So I showed him the picture of the wall. With there paint and the the original paint on the wall and that if he can he darken it more to match the color on my wall. Again he asked me for the can of paint so he could match it again. I. said I don't have it anymore. I don't know if I could match it but I'll try. He was really mad about it he even said he might charge me again. But he took the can of paint and went in the back of the paint counter, by then people where in line hearing our conversation. He slammed the can of paint and exclaimed loudly so people could hear"there is alway fucken one" as I walk away. As I walked away I looked at the customers, they looked embarrassed for me. Allen R. said earlier that he would call me when his done darkening the paint. So as the day went on I had lunch with my daughters and told them what happened. My oldest daughter told me to get the paint can that nobody and especially a Manager act and say what he said. During that time Allen R. gave me a call and said, I'll have to start with a new paint can and charge you. I felt helpless. However anger started boiling in me and stood up before I could finish my lunch and went to pick up my old paint can that he was suppose to darken slightly. You think he would have treated me better if I wasn't Asian. IDK! Allen R. your the worst human being I've ever met. I had to put a star to post this review otherwise 0000 stars.
