i give this home depot a 1 star, because i was on a 10 min call waiting for the paint department to answer the phone, but she accidentally left the phone on and when the store employee transferred me their i heard a man and a women laughing around and not answering the phone and then she see that i can hear them and transfers me back to store employee i do not recommend going here for your paint!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a pleasant experience with Marylu, very nice cashier and very helpful. She helped check and see if they have the sku no I was searching online and ordered the item to send to my house. The check out was a breeze! Thanks for the help!

I was at the Home Depot in Brentwood looking for a item. I asked one of the female employees for assistance, and she said to me Me No Speak ua English ....., she did not speak English.. she did not understand anything I was saying, but she worked at the store. I know many people that can speak English and looking for work and can't find any but we have people working at Home Depot inside the store, but cannot communicate or understand anything we are staying as a consumer. How did this person even get a job or fill out an application if they don't understand read or write or speak English. I am Hispanic, and don't agree with these policies of hiring anyone that can't communicate in English. ?????So if you go to the stores of Home Depot's The workers do not speak English

shop here regularly, 99.9% i received good services, today Customer services-James, who helped me in big time. James not only awesome professional, friendly, understanding, he also bring his good heart to work, thanks to the extra miles he took, I was able to finally bring home a sub-parts to my machine put the units back to function as I needed it to. Gave 2 thumbs up to James & yes I 100% recommended this business.

I think people need to know the horrific experience I just had at Home Depot. A couple weeks ago I had a lady stop me from looking at the flowers outside saying I had to pay for the stuff in my cart first. So I did, I spent $400 with them. Today I went in to return a couple items and had flowers in my basket I was going to purchase, which I told the person helping me ahead of time. The lady from last time then came up to me and asked to see my receipt. I told her I wasn't dealing with her because of last time and to leave me alone. She said she was asking because I had been caught there before. I've never been caught there because I don't steal. She then went and called garden. I went up from to pay for my basket and on the way out I noticed trees had fallen over, so I went to tell the people in garden. The lady ignored what I told her and asked to see my receipt. Again, I told her no. She responded saying," Ya, cuz I already know." So I took the receipt out and showed her and told her she obviously didn't know. While my husband was loading my plants in my car they stood at the gate laughing at me. When I told them to stop laughing one of the girls threatened me! So I went to a manager. When they heard the managers name over the intercom, they both came to where I was so they could hear what was being said. The only response I got from the manager was that he would talk to them. I spend THOUSANDS of dollars in that store. I am disgusted with their employees and do not intend on ever shopping there again.

I needed to rent a cargo van for about half a day. At first I booked it at San Jose a few weeks prior. All of the sudden, they cancelled my reservation a day before the pickup. I was so angry and gave them a bad YELP review. So then I decided to rent the van in this location. They kept my reservation so I was ready for pickup. The process at the cashier was very easy. The lady just needed a copy of my DL and proof of car insurance. You have to make a deposit, but will be refunded once you return the van. Once I return the van, the lady did a walkthrough to make sure there was no damages. The staff is this location are so helpful.

Honestly, it was pretty bad. We were looking for rental trucks. Pittsburg and Concord were out, trucks were either unavailable or out on maintenance. We tried calling customer service, but no one picked up the phone. We called Brentwood and was on the phone while driving there from Concord. We essentially were on hold for 32 minutes. We arrived just in time to see one of the representatives pick up the phone and ask how they could help. Our response, we're standing right In front of you. Honestly, do they don't pick up the phones?!?

Got artificial turf put in through Home Depot contractor Astrolawn. Mario Perez who signed us up delivered an incredible product and his crew was fast, clean and very professional. Could not have asked for a better job at an affordable rate.

Ordered windows 9/23/21 pd $5046.00, install was to take place on 2/25/22. We had to refuse the windows. See pictures attached. I can't believe they do not have a quality control person and they let these windows go out and expected us to be good with such poor quality. Installers even said they wouldn't put them on there home. We have been trying to work this out with Mohamed who we had over and bought from but we are getting no where fast. No ETA on when we will get what we paid for. Milgard windows, we have them on other windows and they are great. Home Depo keeps blaming Milgard for all problems. Home Depot you accepting the windows in this condition and expected us to also accept them. Take ownership for the error and fix the problem. Stop passing the buck, and get us the windows we ordered and paid for. WHY IS NO ONE CALLING WITH AN UPDATED ETA????

Years ago it started with a few Day Laborers out front of the store on the sidewalk. Then over the years it grew in size and now they've taken over a good chunk of the parking lot. Day Laborers, landscape trucks parked to advertise their business and music playing. It's more of a gathering spot for "non Home Depot" customers and employees. As a customer I now have to drive in and around this area, park further out and let them know I don't need any help. To me this does not look good for your business. At Lowe's across the street there's none of this mess. If I have to shop at this Home Depot I'll deal with it but there's no way my wife will shop at the Garden Center by herself. Someone from Home Depot needs to decide if this is the look they want for their business going forward. Is that mess you have in your parking lot good or bad for your business? I don't know maybe you've already had had those management discussions and decided this is your look going forward.

I experienced exceptional customer service during a visit to Home Depot in Brentwood, Ca on Lone Tree today. I needed a tool to fix my garbage disposal but I did not know the name of the product. I stopped at the 1st employee I ran into who happened to work in the garden section. I want to thank Lea for exceeding my expectations. She literally walked with me to make sure I found the exact tool that she pulled up on her phone. I have NEVER received this level of customer service from Home Depot and I have been coming here since 2003. Thank you Lea. I know you have only been at this location for 1 month but they need to acknowledge and appreciate employees like you. I tried to submit this review to the Home Depot website but it was not as comprehensive so I decided to post it on Yelp because I love YELP. Good luck Lea and thank you so much for turning my frustrating Sunday to one of appreciation and gratitude for the little things (I.e genuine kindness).

this is me and my lady's go-to place for any home improvement tasks. it can be a little tough getting in and out of depending on what time of day you go because there's so much traffic on lone tree or meal times with in-n-out there. this is no fault of home depot, but i always have a hard time finding which aisle my item is in. everything is labeled and on more than one occasion, we have asked for directions. they have done everything they could to help me. i think it's just natural unless you go there so often and have looked for many different items that you know exactly what part of the store something is located. maybe someone can answer this for me, but i tend to lean towards home depot rather than lowe's. anyone else have this too? or the opposite? maybe you can help me understand why i prefer home depot. personally, i think it might be because i used to work in atlanta near the home depot corporate office and maybe subconsciously that makes me like it more?
