Poor customer service with Tracy Store Manager. She doesn't make you feel comfortable nor does she care to make a sale. She's always occupied with rearranging, and folding clothing. Customer service doesn't exist whatsoever. No associates are on the floor available to ask any questions of inventory. You might as well be online store when customer service is a huge issue.

Honestly I've never had issues with customer service and I am not the type of person to complain about things but today when I went to Hollister, I just had the worst customer service. I was trying to return some jeans that I had purchased online but accidentally took off the tags but had my receipt and the girl that helped me at first was super nice and was even telling me that I can do an even exchange but had to ask her manager first. So once she asked her according to the manager I couldn't return items without the tags. I found it super odd that I couldn't return them because I did have my receipt and they were never worn. So once she told me no I had to do my research and called the Hollister in concord. The girl who answered my call was super sweet & helpful and she had told me that I could return them no matter what as long as I had my receipt. So then I called the Hollister in Brentwood and asked. The manager answered and i was explaining to her and she says "oh you have your receipt?" Like that should've been the very first thing for her to ask before saying no that I couldn't return them. She tells me that I can go back and she could help me but when I got there she was just giving attitude & of course I did too because the energy she was giving me was not it. I honestly feel like as a manager she should know her store policies and be more helpful to the customers instead of giving attitude just because I corrected her on her returning policies. Her name in fact was "Aida".

I went to get my daughter some pants for back to school and me being a guy I did. It understand how the tags are for girls and it was kinda Confusing and the sales lady Lisa was really helpful and even showed me the sizes I was looking for above and beyond thank you and appreciate the help

Great experience in store. Everything was clean and nice. Staff were friendly. They missed one star because they lack customer service through the phone. Also, I was charged more than the shirt on the price tag and tried to correct it. Going by previous reviews they do think customers are changing prices or they do not honor prices on tag unless it shows up on the system. Which again minus another star .

Really bad customer service, the girl was rude there she was taking the jeans away from me I was trying to buy a pair of jeans but she didn’t give me the chance to try them on. So rude

Not sure if management will even see this but I figured they should know how they're employees act towards customers. I went there last Friday night (3/25) and literally felt like I didn't want to be there because of the awakened vibes. I came in at 7:30. I made sure the store wasn't close to closing because I never want to be that person that walks in minutes to closing time. I looked and noticed it doesn't close till 9 so I figured it would be fine. I walked in and there was no music and the employees didn't say a word. While I was looking for shorts, a rude employee told me for me to just let her find my size. It came across as if she didn't want me messing up her folded clothes. She made a sigh sound and got my sizes. I asked for a dressing room at around7:45 and the girl at the cash register told me the dressing rooms close at 7. I was confused because there were about 3 other people in the dressing room when she said this and it. I could tell they just wanted everyone gone but come on, it was an hour and a half before closing when I got in there. Show a little respect when you're on the job.

one time i was here, and i found a really good sale on a tag it was like $7. but when i took it to the cashier as i walked away to put something back the girl tried peeling off the tag because she noticed that it was tagged wrong. but that is not my fault it was labeled incorrectly. that is the way that you tagged it and the way that you are publicizing it and selling it for and i just thought it was so rude because when i asked if she peeled it off, she tried to lie to me and say that she didn’t but she forgot to throw the sticker away and it was under my shirt.

This is my favorite mall! The whole atmosphere is great and very welcoming. I stopped in at the Hollister store and the team there immediately made me feel welcomed. I was helped by a few people, but the ones I remembered were Edmar and Vivi. They helped me find my size in there shirts, and showed me where I could find the best bang for my buck. It was so neat inside the store too. Almost like everything had just been dry-cleaned and ironed! I will definitely be coming back!

Friendly staff and always organize.They have an ongoing sale, extra 60% even on the clearance section. You can get a pair of nice jeans for only $8 with tax.Disclaimer: i dont work here ?
